Location was close to Silverstone. Staff at Peartree very pleasant and helpful. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty.

beautiful setting, lovely garden and aesthetic of the cottage. good complimentary breakfast and facilities within the room. everything was clean and tidy. excellent friendly hosts, hassle free stay.

Pear Tree Cottage is located in a beautiful village, a really peaceful location.
Everything we needed was provided to make a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was lovely and the bed very comfortable.

From a friendly greeting, to a beautiful room, great facilities and a really lovely breakfast hamper, comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom, everything about our stay was great.
