Dirty floor dirty carpet misty the hallway stinks the elevator smells they had to sit up for a wedding we couldn’t sleep We were shocked to hear they had no restaurant we had to drive for an hour to look for a decent restaurant to eat

Size of the suite
Zero value for money. No wifi in room in spite of several requests. Front desk staff not attentive except for night receptionis who was wonderful. Restaurant bar as pictured closed till October. Lamps with electric cords that go nowhere. Most expensive property listed on booking at $180 a night when the next property listed at less is a 5 star hotel. Never again

Everyone are helping natur...quick answer. Not need to worry for anything... Food are fabulous and in large quantities... I can say my trip was fabulous.
On the service of hotel they are excellent nothing to say not good.

The only good thing about the property was that the location of the hotel was good. It was in the middle of the city.
It was dirty. There was no house keeping at all. We stayed for three nights and no one cleaned our suite. It wasn't clean when we first got in and the hallways were filthy and dusty. Nothing was clean!! There was no soap in the bathroom!

The property was in quite area ,near to the centre,this is 3rd time for us to be in that hotel and we stayed this time in suite no 202 and it was excellent 2 double and twin rooms ,lounge ,dinning area and kitchen ,cleaning every day and sky bar Resturant on 8th floor has a very good quality food and very tasty .l remember the garden during summer time at night with the food and drinks is excellent
All The staff there at the reception are very good ,very welcoming specially Randa and Mohammed,,the cleaning staff all are good specially Amani they took care of us a lot
