Stayed in the home January, 2024. Family of ten, home had ample space. Liked that the home had parking for four vehicles, and you can see the Lumberjack ski lift out the dining room window. A short walk. Home was clean, had ample bathrooms and the heated floors were a nice touch. Property manager checked in to make sure all was well. I would recommend to a group or a family.

Our family of four were 100% satisfied with our stay. The convenience of this ski-in-ski out was perfect, just steps away from the Lumberjack lift. The house was fully equipped & the Mountain View from the hot tub view was amazing! We took the free shuttle service into Center Village and it was perfect. We could not have asked for better communication throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend without reservation!

This is an awesome condo in the Lewis Ranch base area at Copper. Access to the Lumberjack lift is very easy. The layout of the condo is great. The living room, dining area and kitchen are huge, and work well for a large family. The extra family room is an added bonus. The 4 bedrooms are spread nicely throughout the condo. There are lots of windows, plenty of light, and nice views of the ski area and surrounding mountains.

It was absolutely Amazing. Very Clean, large space. Right next to the chair lift, ski in ski out! Hot tub was well maintained. Great Road biking trails in the summer. We also went on a few hikes (plenty of hiking trails nearby)

This house is great. It is very nice and in a great location. I would have given it 5 stars except this house has quite possible the worst pillows if have ever slept on. They were like cardboard. Please upgrade your pillows and this place would be wonderful.

June 2021 Stay
This house was perfect for our family summer gathering. Everything was so clean and well kept up. Beds were comfortable and a Tv in each BR plus 2 others.
Each of the 3 families had basically their own bedroom floor. Plenty of room and the table was big enough for all of us to sit down at meal times.
The kitchen was stocked better than any we’ve ever experienced before. (Wish home owners could somehow advertise what is available in their kitchens). We brought several things because they have never been provided before where we’ve stayed.
We were able to do so many things because you are so close to everything.
Highly recommend this home!

Fantastic rental stocked with everything you need for your stay and the location was great, literally on the slopes. As with all rental properties, it would be nice to have a few more wash clothes during the stay, but that is the only request. Do note, there are lots of stairs and four levels, so be prepared to go up and down a lot during your stay. We would definitely stay here again!

You cannot beat the location of this property - a true ski in/ski out. The house was more than adequate for two families of four. The bedrooms are spread over 3 different floors, so privacy was not a problem. The only downside to our stay is that the hot tub was not working. We will definitely rent this property again.

Great location. Nice home and layout. Was disappointed in some of the supplies. No kitchen towels, not enough bath hand towels, bath towels were poor quality. Very low water pressure in the showers. Ran out of toilet paper and was told they might be able to bring some later in the day but no guarantees to get any that day. For the price of the property, I expected a little more. They did deliver kitchen towels the next day and toilet paper later the same day. Love the location and the layout of the property.

Overall, this is a great house. It's spacious and well laid out, and you simply cannot beat the proximity to Lumberjack Lift. There were some minor cleanliness issues that we conveyed to the property manager and were not a bit deal. My main disappointment was the hot tub. It was out of service most of the week and even though a repairman came out on Friday, only 1 of 2 pumps worked afterwards. For the rental rate, I expect it to be up and running from day one. If that's not possible, there should be a rate reduction. Sadly, I passed on my concerns to the management company and have yet to have them addressed.

Great location!
We couldn’t have picked a better location to the slopes. The house was plenty big enough and the kitchen had everything we needed. The heating system was hard to figure out and we ended up turning it off the downstairs bedroom was very hot. Overall we had a very good experience at this rental.

Great place for summer
Wonderful place for family. Large dining table and well stocked kitchen. Lots of stairs which is hard for older people. Could not open windows downstairs which made area hot and hard to breath.

Great House for a Larger Family Gathering
Two families (4 adults, 5 kids) shared this house for a week in July. This house was perfect for us! Here are a few pros and considerations about our trip. PROS: The basement-level has a kids bunk-room and one of the 3 master bedrooms, as well as it's own TV room with a foozball table - so it was a great spot for all of our kids to sleep and hangout. There's also a wet bar with a fridge where we stored all of their drinks. The Main Level is a great open concept with a large kitchen where several adults can easily work together to prepare meals. And the dining table is HUGE and seats 10 people comfortably. The house was clean and well stocked with almost everything you need to enjoy your vacation. And the views from the main deck and rooftop deck are stunning! We also enjoyed the 4-person hot tub after a day of mountain activities. CONSIDERATIONS: There are A LOT of stairs in the house! You have to walk up a small flight just to get to the "basement level", then up another flight to the 2nd master, up more stairs to the Main Level, and then up a 4th set of stairs to reach the 3rd master bedroom and rooftop deck/hot tub. This house would definitely not work for anyone who struggles to go up steps. The only furniture on the deck was some black metal folding chairs, and a (broken) recliner. It would have been nice to have actual outdoor chairs or furniture so we could have enjoyed spending time on the decks. While the house is only about a 1/4 - 1/2 mile from the Copper Mountain Village (base area) activities, it is on a VERY steep hill the entire way We had to drive to the Village area every day since there is no way the kids would have been able to walk back up to the house (without a LOT of whining/complaining).

This is a great location. A word of advice on making sure you update the rental unit. This unit needs some updates especially since you are going up on price by $2000.00 for my 5 day stay. This has made me look elsewhere for newer units and possibly paying more. I am disappointed that this unit was aged and not as kept as other units I have stayed in. I'm coming back to Copper next year and will find a place to stay and possibly pay more.

We had skiers of all skill levels and staying at Lewis Ranch was a great spot. Being able to walk up to the Lumberjack lift or ski down to the Kokomo/Woodward lifts was perfect for our crew. The house is very comfortable and fit our crew very easily. There was only 1 time that we needed something (paper towels) and management got it to us very quickly. This is our 2nd year in a row to stay here and we will definitely consider coming back next year

Just what you want for Copper
This is a very comfortable house that has unbeatable location. This time of year the Colorado trail is only a 20min hike up hill and the rest is wide open. Could not ask for a better hot tub location with pondering views all around and a dark night sky to stare into. Will return to this house soon.

Great summer family adventure! This house was perfect for our extended family of 10. This included the set of two double bunk beds for 4 very excited little children. The house was spotless upon our arrival and was, by far, the most well stocked house we’ve ever rented. (Towels, pillows, blankets, spices, etc...)

Beautiful home! The location was fantastic and the rooftop hot tub was an added bonus. Our kids could come and go off the mountain as they pleased. Lots of stairs, so not a good place to take Grandma. Our Christmas was filled with laughter and the floor plan worked beautifully for us. Would definitely recommend.

This is a huge townhouse located next to the Lumberjack Lift. However, be aware that the Lumberjack Lift does not operate regularly. We had to ski down Roundabout to other lifts at the West Village. So, it is technically ski in /ski out but skiing out can require a 50 yard walk through snow to reach some downhill. Also, the hot tub is a 4 person hot tub, 5 if you are OK with being packed in. Some minor maintenance is needed: one shower was not working during our stay, the rec room coffee table is ready to collapse and the bar stools are not the proper height in the kitchen to use them for counter seating. FYI. The TVs are not smart TVs. You will need to be creative to watch streaming services or bring your own HDMI cable. Kitchen was nicely stocked.
