The view. Spacious areas. Kindness of staff.

Food was good but expensive. Staff didn't speak English at all and it posed quite a challenge sometimes because all communications were done through Google translate and English-Vietnamese doesn't work very well. They also didn't seem manage the property entirely themselves, because when I wanted to pay, it took so long since they couldn't figure out what I'd paid online and what I had to pay at the property. This seems like a simple thing to handle. The walls are quite thin so you can hear people snoring in the room next to you. Bathrooms could use some fixes and cleanses. Also it would be nice with soap at all sinks.

A great Homestay, very clean, with a magnificent view, and very helpful hosts. I recommend this Homestay.

The couple were lovely the evening meal was superb ,the location was the best of all the homestays in the area

the location marker on googlemaps was wrong, if you go drive past the marker on the same road for a few hundred metres more it's the last house on the right and the best location

What an amazing experience, stayed two nights and couldn't recommend this homestay enough. The hosts were outright fantastic, they couldn't speak much English but translated everything you needed to know. Extremely generous and knowledgeable about the local area, had a private tour on his own boat of all the best things to see in the park. Fantastic food every meal. It's the best view out of all of the homestays in the area, first in the road, unspoilt views. Very reasonable pricing. Couldn't rate any higher.

The view is super nice, even if it is not directly on the lake. The food was good (vegetarian option for two people = 150k). The host is super nice, he offered us rice alcohol and drank with us.

Very quiet place and good meal prepared by owner. Relaxing atmosphere.

View is best in town. The family is nice and friendly. They don’t speak English, so communication goes via Google Translate which works! The food they served us were good and portions huge, we were looking forward to every meal! Bedrooms are cozy (everything wood). Shared bathrooms with soap, toothbrushes, lots of warm water... SUPER affortable. Beer and water avaliable in the fridge downstairs. A simple homestay, but everything you need - we loved it here. Overall, superhappy with our stay and would return!

Some of the guests were super noisy and unappropriate the night they stayed there (luckily it was only one night...). We wished that the staff would have told them to stop the party and go to bed, but we ended up doing it ourselves. (This is also a reminder for all us guests: show respect for the family + other guests living there when visiting homestays!)
