Very convenient and central location, only a short walk to the Marillion Weekend at DeMontfort Hall. Always very easy to book and great communication along with safe parking

spacious, clean

there was a leak in the living room when the shower is on, quiet dangerous if you have kids especially and water is leaking on the floor. had to put a bowl down. host stated they were unaware of the issue but the ceiling looked damp and had various stains indicating this was not the first time but an ongoing issue. was advised not to use the main shower, maintenance could not come out in time to resolve the issue during my stay. had to use the small en-suite shower in one of the bedrooms that did not even have a light.

all was fine, no problems at all, had a good stay!

cigarette smell in kitchen and not very clean

Not much, was expecting a City Centre apartment like previous stays in Manchester and Birmingham. We got a grotty house with a grand name!

Rubbish in the street and outside. No curtains in the front bedroom opposite 24 hour hospital lights. A dirty feel. Empty tea and coffee pots (not clean). Dirty stained crockery. Stains on sheets. No shampoos or soaps like staying in any other hotel or apartment. Tired decor with water leak stains on ceilings. Horrid bright bare lightbulbs which were nasty after a long days work.
