Not enough words to say how wonderful it was.

This house was well-equipped for our 3-night family getaway to Estes Park. We enjoyed the sound of the river rushing by and the wildlife sightings (Elk everyday and a flock of turkeys!). Proximity to town was so convenient, and we felt perfectly secluded with plenty of privacy at the house.

This house was perfect for my family of four (myself, wife, two daughters) and my father. Each of us had a floor with our own BR and BA. The location is awesome and the views were amazing. My only complaints are that the house needed a new cover for the hot tub (it was pretty beat up and water-logged, which made it a pain to move during a snow storm) and a new snow shovel (we discovered that the only snow shovel around during a snow storm was one held together by electrical tape). I would definitely rent this house again!

The place was gorgeous. Pictures do not do it justice. The paper towels and toilet paper were origami folded. Everything was beyond expectations.

Great house for 8 friends to stay for a weekend. This house had everything we needed and more. We loved ending our night in the hot tub. The master bedroom is beyond nice. We hope to make this a yearly trip!

This was the perfect place for my family to meet up and celebrate a late Christmas. The house was perfect, so beautifully decorated and even had Christmas decorations and lights still up! The owners have really thought of everything...we noticed all the little touches. We definitely would love to return again sometime.

We loved staying here. Very luxurious cabin that owners have thought about every detail. Within minutes of checking in, we saw flocks of wild turkeys, a herd of deer, and several elk. Our favorite was a giant buck that would come to visit every day while we had coffee on the patio. It was a wonderful week and we hope to return soon.

The house is charming, warm and comfortable. It was decorated tastefully for Christmas which was a lovely surprise. The kitchen was well stocked and we all had fun cooking bison chili, mac & cheese and big breakfast. The fireplaces are cozy and really warm up the house. Elk in the back yard was a thrill for us. The house is so nice and conveniently located a short distance from town. We had a terrific time.

Extremely comfortable, beautiful remodel, and loved the access to river, hot tub and firepit. Were going to go out to eat, but decided to stay in as the house was so nice and has a well appointed kitchen. Looking forward to another stay.

We loved everything about this property. Walking in the front door, we were impressed right away by the beautiful woodwork and fireplace. Then we went upstairs to the master bedroom and were in awe. The view from the balcony was amazing. There were so many small details that we appreciated, from the welcome basket to the robes in every bedroom. We enjoyed beautiful afternoons on the deck, and an evening in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. The property is close enough to town, that we were able to walk home after some shopping in town. There were deer in the front yard on several occasions. There were also turkeys down by the water. Our stay was seamless and we would definitely recommend this home! There is beauty everywhere you look!

This house is fantastic. We were in Estes Park for a wedding and this house was perfect for our family of 7 adults. It is centrally located just a 3 - 5 minute drive to downtown. 5-10 minute drive to visitor center at the National Park. The house has plenty of space to be comfortable. Outdoor space is beautiful and well equipped. The house has clearly be taken care of by the owners making it more of an upscale stay. Furniture (including beds) are very comfortable. Bedding is very nice similar to a JW Marriott or a Westin. We would absolutely stay here again. Bonus, the River that runs through the backyard, you can hear it from the primary bedroom and see it while sitting in the hot tub.

We stayed here for a cpupke of nights and couldn't have asked for a better spot. Beautiful views from the decks, cleans snd functional hot tub, very clean and beautiful home. Thank you for sharing it with us.

This home is even nicer than the pictures. Perfect location for all of us. My husband has stage 4 pancreatic cancer. He has always wanted to go to the Rockies so while he is still able to travel we decided to meet our friends in Estes Park . We could not have stayed in a more perfect home. No stairs for my husband and the most perfect deck and tabletop fire pit (which we used every night). As a bonus when the ladies went shopping the town was full of elk, eating all the flowers and lounging in the park. Thank you for sharing your home.

Wonderful property that we hope to return to again.

This was our dream mountain vacation. We hiked everyday day in awe of the landscape. The location of the house is so close to the entrance of RMNP. Near town but not too close. Up the street there are a few great trails/climbs. We loved walking to town, hanging out by the river watching the hummingbirds and ouzels and playing ping pong in the evening. We saw multiple elk from the property too. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking full meals (economical restaurants were hard to come by). The house was also clean and well stocked with extra blankets and towels. Wi-Fi was strong as my husband had to work remotely a couple days. Thanks again for helping us achieve the best trip we’ve ever had. I would love to come back during every season!

My family of 5 stayed 4 nights here. Two of the party only stayed 2 nights. It was the perfect place for us. We each had our own suite which made it very nice. The place is peaceful, clean, and convenient. Would highly recommend this place.

This was the perfect place for me and a few buddies to enjoy Estes and the mountains for a few days. Great setup, and everything looks and feels nearly brand new.

We came in for a family wedding and made a mini vacation out of our time in Colorado. This was my very first time renting a VRBO and loved it. The house was amazing. A cozy mountain retreat. With one bedroom per floor and a sitting area or family room space for each, this home is great for a family with teens. Beautiful home with stunning views!

Our family had a fantastic stay! Close to downtown Estes and the house is amazing! Spacious bedrooms and great living room for hanging out together. Hot tub and views are amazing. Sunrise over the mountains in the mornings. Turkeys and deer crossing through. Hope to return for sure!

Dancing Pines was a wonderful house with everything we could ask for. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking RMNP. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were all very comfortable. Thank you!
