Clos Le to the lake and the room was more than comfortable for our short stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly which always makes for a great review.

Die gesamte Unterkunft und vor allem das Zimmer sind renovationsbedürftig. Überall sind Kanten kaputt oder Dinge locker, Fussleiste war abgefallen, kein WC Papier halter, Wasserhahn locker. Wände müssten unbedingt gestrichen werden. Sauber war es leider auch nicht. Es waren noch Haare im Bad und das Zimmer hat nach abgestandenem Rauch gestunken. Auch der Lift stinkt massiv. Preis Leistung ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Ich dachte wir hätten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, dem war aber nicht so. Insgesamt zu schmuddelig und ungepflegt.

Location is great. Close to lake and all attractions. Loved the rooftop deck to enjoy a drink and take in the view. Room spacious and bed very comfy.

Unfortunately air conditioning didn’t work in our room and was noisy if we left window open.

Walking distance from the ferries and trains, with views of the lake. Located adjacent to the old town, and shops and restaurants.

The rooms were fabulous - quirky modern decor and really fresh and clean. Super comfy huge beds. Complimentary filter coffee and teas. Great showers with strong water pressure and lots of it! Loved the ‘egg bath’ in the room. There was a lift getting to the second floor of the building, then a small spiral staircase to the roof terrace where there was a view of the lake. Ingrid was really helpful and spoke great English. Location was excellent across from the ferries and amongst some wonderful restaurants.

We struggled with the A/C which seemed to be locked at 23C. (See photo) We should have asked how to unlock it as that meant two uncomfortable nights. As the desk isn’t staffed all the time would strongly advise asking how it works on check-in as we tried every button on the bottom pad but with no success. The shared kitchen had a fridge but no freezer, so no ice!

We were confronted by an angry neighbour who seemed very agitated about hotel guests in his building.

Beautiful room, perfect location with a lovely little terrace and it had AC which was nice

Room was very very small, could barely fit our suitcases on the floor. Bathroom window was also left open so we had mosquitos in the room that night, but that is somewhat unavoidable in Italy

nice room, well decorated. really nice balcony and kitchen area and is very close to the port so quite handy

took us good 20 minutes to find where the property was as no signage and not very clear at all just a random door in a restaurant. had issues with bath as the tap leaked and went all over the floor.

Location was perfect. Great rooftop terrace with hot tub.

Lovely room in good location across the road from the ferry terminal with a large comfortable bed and spa bath which was lovely.

A little dark, another few lights in the room would have been helpful. The shutters did not fully close causing light to come in over our bed very early. We asked for this to be addressed but it did not in our 3 day stay and no response back from host as to why.

It’s not a conventional hotel. More like a B and B without the breakfast.

Absolutely stunning. Perfect location. Everything and more that you could wish for. The rooftop garden was a bonus....so lovely.

Bello! was in a good location, lovely staff and a clean room. The kitchen was cosy and had everything required.

The jacuzzi was freezing and had bugs in it.

I love how close it is the the city center and the water. I also loved that we could see the lake from our window and could also go up onto the balcony. Having a kitchen was also great!

The shower in the bathroom didn’t drain very well and since the glass door was partial, all of the water leaked onto the floor. the bathroom also tended to get musty since there wasn’t great air circulation.

Location is fantastic with a beautiful view of Lake Como. Steps away from restaurants and across the street from ferry station making it easy to get back after a long day on the lake. There are power exterior shades for the windows to close for privacy.

There are some minor housekeeping and cosmetic issues with wear. None of this impacted the stay though. We only had one towel and one roll of toilet paper when checking in but that was remedied quickly.

It is very close the train and boat stations . There are lots of good restaurants nearby too.

The unit is right next to a busy street that is on a busy bus route. The area was very noisy. The building next door was under construction while we were there which I would have liked to know in advance. The bathroom light and fan were automatic and the fan was very noisy. Both would turn on when you used the bathroom in the night which would startle you awake. I asked if they could be disabled during our stay but the answer was no. The place is cute to look at but not very comfortable to actually stay in.

This unit is in apartment in a building with residents. The entrance to the accommodation is in a dark hallway which doesn’t feel safe and is hard to find. The pictures are misleading about what the space actually is.
