Beautiful University Townhome
Belle maison de ville dans le quartier de l'université qui est la famille et chien amical !! À quelques minutes de l'UNCC, Target, des restaurants et des magasins. À seulement 15 miles de l'aéroport international de Charlotte et du centre-ville. Le premier étage comprend un salon ouvert avec parquet, une chambre principale ainsi qu’un dressing et une salle de bain principale. La cuisine a des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. À l'étage, vous trouverez une chambre avec un lit double, une mezzanine avec 2 lits jumeaux et une salle de bain complète. Il y a 2 parkings extérieurs devant la propriété. Près des I-485 et I-85.

Eli was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly responsive. The place was quiet and quaint and we were very comfortable. We very much enjoyed the back terrace area in the mornings!!

Eli made the check in and check out process super easy, even communicated that we could check in early because the home was ready.
Accommodations were comfortable and as described. The community was quiet and accessible to all areas of town.

Eli Is A Wonderful Host!
My family and I needed a place to stay for an extended time as we prepared to move into our next home; we had some urgent timing matters and Eli was the most gracious hot we could've hoped for.

The perfect place to stay
I would like to say that this was a perfect place to stay. Close to the airport & easy to find. The neighborhood was great & friendly. The pool was a bonus. We had a very small hick-up & Eli was easy to get a hold of & very quick to resolve. I would stay here again & again. The place lay out was great, it was everything we need & I'm sure everything you would ever need. Thank you Eli for such a great place to stay. We will be back.

Townhouse review
Yes, the townhouse was very nice and clean. The property owner even put up a Christmas tree. I think the kitchen could of been better stocked. For example it had no pot holders(oven mitts) to take out hot food out of the oven. No potato masher for the mashed potatoes, no large bowls and more pans. I was making Christmas dinner so it would of been nice to have these. We would stay here again.

Great town home near everything
We needed a place to stay while we were waiting for our permanent home to be ready. This town home was the perfect location and offered everything we needed to have the comforts of home while waiting on our actual home.

Beautiful townhouse and convenient to Charlotte area
We rented this beautiful and clean townhouse conveniently located to Charlotte and surrounding towns. The townhouse is located in a residential community and convenient to the I495, shopping and restaurants. Eli, the owner, is also a pleasure to work with. Don't hesitate to rent this property!

Great Stay!
This property was exactly as represented and was a fantastic value! Our party had 3 adults, one child, and a small dog. Everything was very clean and we felt very safe. There were many little extras either left by other guests or by the owner, such as coffee filters, salt and pepper, extra paper towels, and laundry detergent. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Very Nice Property!
We enjoyed staying at this Beautiful University Town Home.
The pictures depict the property perfectly, and there were a number of other special touches that added to the home away from home feeling.
We will certainly consider this property again when traveling in the Charlotte, NC area.

Nice home to vacation in and has easy access to many highways.
My daughter and I enjoyed staying here. 2 parking spaces in front of the home plus Great kitchen and comfortable beds.

Great location
This property was clean and comfortable and in a great location. I've started to travel to Charlotte on business and this was a great alternative to the standard hotel.
There were enough dishes and utensils to support eating-in rather than having to go to a restaurant every night. The townhome had everything I needed for my stay.
My only nitpick, which has absolutely nothing to do with the home itself, is just it's proximity to the train. When the train comes by you can definitely hear it, but it's not so often that it's a problem.
I'll definitely look to rent here again when I'm in Charlotte.
