There was no wifi which meant I had to leave to go to work Breakfast was included in the package but none was provided No access to kitchen so I was constantly buying breakfast, lunch and dinner. The compensation was a sachet of hot drinks, a kettle and a mini fridge in the room Bathroom was semi clean but could be cleaner The fan in the bathroom was broken so when I used the shower it got very steamy and had to wait to dry everything up In the morning, I was awoken to the sounds on top of the room which I thought were rats but may have been squirrels or birds but no pre warning there Location of the place was not stated on the page but it was five minutes from where I signed up The treatment my dad got as if he was going to stay with me but he was dropping me off was unnecessary The staircase was very narrow so don’t come with big suitcases When I tried to ask for compensation for the lack of facilities I was turned down via Booking.com I was very close to leaving earlier than my checkout date but wasn’t going to be refunded or compensated. I wouldn’t book here again.

So house host lives downstairs, treats you like she is doing you a favor Canceled check in time last minute. with no remorse i had to wander the streets till 6pm ... locked me in at some point.... literally sent me out.at check out.

The host lacks hospitality skills which made me uncomfortable. She gives the keys but she wants to set the time of arrival and departure every time you come in or go out. She asks for a £60 deposit on arrival and checks everyday the items in the room which are pictures, lamps, iron and a hairdryer. She wants to control you by setting the time of going out and coming it. You have to remain silent as well. There was breakfast included when I booked but she did not provide as she said because of Covid!! Kitchen was not permitted to use and she gives you directions to stand in certain areas, take off shoes and your backpack once you arrive. You will not feel comfortable anyway! If feesl suspicious about everyone, she should not offer her room on booking.

The lady have some stupid rules like curfew after 11 pm can't go in or out . So how is possible to enjoy the city if u can't have any flexibility to go in or out from you room at the time you want. Also the lady ask you all about your plans or timetable .

warned the hostess that I would be back later than 11, she said that she would open the door, but she did not want to open the door, did not answer messages and calls, if it were not for my neighbor, I would have spent the night on the street or would have to book another hotel!

Owner applied rules to come in and out feel like live in prison ..she wants to kniw everything and forcing u to come back before 11 pm otherwise u are not allowed ti enter . Breakfast not included rubbbish

Well I been there for 2 night but that was the worst night ever the first night she said u have to come to the room before 11 otherwise she gonna close the house for some security reasons And u have to wait for 5 to 10 min to she open the house door every time I go out and come back . In booking.com say breakfast included but there was no breakfast the room have small fridge that never make anything cold, kettle with a plastic cup (like for babies),small heater and cooler and same another staff.In booking.com say parking nearby £10 a day I search in Google map i didn't found anything and they have no ideas about that. The pillows cover were dirty and I see alots hair in bathroom which was aqqqq completely miserable room and bathroom. I will never try to book room in property again this gonna be my last and worst booking ever

The Location.

The Host. She lied on me and told Booking com that I Removed A Light Pendant Cover. I do not know which Light Pendant Cover she is talking about. And also She inspected the room before I left and gave me my £60 deposit!!!....as there was NO DAMAGE. So I don't know what She is Talking About!!! So much Lies. She also had a policy to let her know your movements throughout the day AND night, because when you go Out, She Locks the Front Door, even in the DAYTIME!!

Extremely strange Host! domineering and controlling of every movement, making it impossible to relax

Room was clean comfortable. Easy access to tube. Several really nice cafes - one about 50 yards away. Couldn't recommend more.

The host is welcoming and the room is clean with all the necessaries.

The alarming system makes it a bit inconvenient while entering the main gate.

Value for money. Clean and calm rooms. Helpful staff.

In description it says "The rooms are fitted with air conditioning, a microwave". But no Microwave inside room. Under the Every room type it says "Private kitchen". But no private kitchen or at least the common kitchen available. Those are very misleading information. In my first visit I planned to cook something. But no kitchen at all. Even though we have main entrance common key, sometimes we are unable to enter to the house/out from the house. Because owner locked the main door with another key and go out. So we need to wait outside/inside until owner coming.

No Breakfast was offered or supplied. We asked for a refund as the price advertised included breakfast but this was refused The bathroom has mould on the ceiling and no ventilation as the windows are kept locked
