Situé à seulement 10 minutes de Schlitterbahn, des rivières Comal et Guadalupe! Retournez à la nature tout en vous relaxant sur l'immense terrasse nichée dans les arbres et admirez les chevreuils. Détendez-vous et détendez-vous après les activités de la journée dans le salon spacieux avec un canapé-lit queen-size et une table à manger pour 4 personnes avec 4 tabourets de bar au bar du petit-déjeuner ou préparez un repas dans la cuisine bien équipée. La chambre principale a un lit king size et une salle de bain complète attenante. La chambre d'amis a 2 lits doubles. Il y a la télévision par câble dans les deux chambres ainsi que dans le salon et une connexion Internet gratuite. Profitez du court de tennis sur place ou faites un plongeon dans la piscine. Il y a des barbecues au charbon de bois communs près de la piscine et des aires de pique-nique. Promenez-vous dans les chênes sur des sentiers bordés de pierres. Condo was nice enough. Beds definitely need an update. Would be nice if you could provide a few more dishwasher tabs and dish soap as it seems silly to have to buy an entire pack at the store. It also makes me think some people may not wash it with soap if they have to bring their own. Also we were only able to stay 3 days of our planned 2 week stay and a partial cancellation or credit would have been a really nice gesture.

Fun weekend getaway
We enjoyed our stayed. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Fun pool area with grill. Lots of wildlife on the grounds.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. Everything was just as described when we got there. The kitchen had what we needed. There was a pan that was pretty rusty on the bottom. Our kids did say they saw a lot of bugs in the guest room and we did see one in the kitchen. The living room rug could use a washing, but other than those few things we were pleased. Bedding was comfortable and plenty of towels. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice. This place is nice anf quiet.

This property was a great getaway for my family. Location was great and close to everything we wanted to do. Saw deer everyday being out there so very close to nature. The only detractors about this property was a stinky smell in the sink and that the property pool was closed due to a tree being down but we don't hold that against the property. Would recommend this place to anyone and had a great time!

Great secluded getaway
This property was a great getaway for my family. Location was great and close to everything we wanted to do. Saw deer everyday being out there so very close to nature. The only detractors about this property was a stinky smell in the sink and that the property pool was closed due to a tree being down but we don't hold that against the property. Would recommend this place to anyone and had a great time!

My husband and I chose this unit for our Winter Getaway from the cold and snow of Minnesota. Little did we know it would follow us to Texas. LOL
We loved this unit! Quiet location. Friendly, helpful neighbors. We made several good friends last year while we stayed in the 208 T Bar M Unit last year. (same owner as this unit) We were able to continue those friendships this year.
The couple of times we had concerns, Amanda at NBE handled the issues in a prompt, satisfying manner.
We would never stay anywhere else in the New Braunfels area. In fact, we have already reserved the unit for next winter.
Lots(!) of wildlife and birdwatching! Armadillo, deer, opposum, raccoons, foxes. We counted over 25 different kinds of birds in the area!
We love being Texasotans and are looking forward to returning next winter.
