We was impressed with the home it was beautiful we got to enjoy the clean pool and the boat on the lake the home was so clean and well stocked with everything the beds was very comfortable only the bed couch was not that great to sleep on for our oldest grandson! The host spoiled us with having water and orange juice coffee cereal bagels and so much more for us to enjoy ! Best hostess ever and cleanest home and backyard ever we highly recommend this home and the place to all our friends and everyone !

This property is absolutely IMMACULATE! From the moment we stepped into this gorgeous home we knew it was going to be a fantastic vacation. The pictures do not do this property justice whatsoever! It is more beautiful in person than we could have ever imagined! The owner Tonya is incredibly kind and she will bend over backwards to make sure your every need is met. She is so thoughtful and responds almost immediately if you have a question or need. Not only is this home beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable, but it was also perfectly spotless. I cannot think of a single thing we needed that the home did not provide or that Tonya would not have jumped and gotten for us. Honestly we came for the destination of Arizona, but this house was the real destination favorite for all of us! We barely wanted to leave! The quiet neighborhood felt very private and safe. We loved the sparkling infinity pool overlooking the lake, the pontoon boat, the kayaks, and paddle boards. From our toddler to our teens and our elderly parent everyone enjoyed this VRBO. We ALL cannot wait to come back! If you have the opportunity to rent this lovely home do not hesitate! I guarantee you it’ll be the best decision for your vacation! Thank you Tonya! We had a blast and thoroughly loved our time on Val Vista Lakes! Hoping to return very soon! 💖

This is the first VRBO that we have stayed at that was more than ready with all the extras! From having a case of bottled water, organic milk, and orange juice to Easter Baskets for our grandkids. Such a super special time for our family. The extra play toys were a hit and boat was an added bonus. Love the gated community and safety that we felt being there. Top of the line appliances and beautifully decorated home. We so appreciated the care and thought that the owners put into this home. Would highly reccommend.

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was top notch. The pool, hot tub, and boat were such fun - it's like staying at your own resort! The check-in process and communication with property manager were seamless, and the house is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. They even stocked a number of items in the kitchen pantry for us so we had snacks and breakfast ready to go. We plan on staying here again next time we're in the area. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an amazing house in a great location!

Wonderful and perfect property for a family get together. Clean is 5 star plus. So many activities to do....close to everything.....perfect hosts.....just a wonderful place. Richard and Tonya could not be more attentive !!!

Immaculately clean and comfortable home. Multiple amenities available to use (kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, pool toys, bikes and helmets and more). Safe gated community. Pontoon boat, pool and hot tub were amazing. Very well stocked kitchen with tons of extras you don't usually find in a vacation rental home! Hosts were great!

The property was IMMACULATE, EXTREMELY WELL STOCKED and the owner even bought a huge tray of eggs, Prosecco, fresh Muffins etc etc etc. The list of items in the pantry is ENDLESS. My family and I travel quite often and we do rent properties on VRBO, however, I have never seen a property like this one The level of attention requires 10 stars and not 5... Mindy is an amazing hostess and she was there for us at every step of the way. If ANYONE is interested in renting this property please do it with your eyes closed. Thank you Mindy for EVERYTHING and we can't wait to return

The property is extremely well maintained. They provide plenty of towels, the kitchen is well stocked, and there was a variety of outdoor equipment. We could not have found a better place for our annual family Super Bowl week. Mindy is divine - always responsive, very organized and beyond pleasant!

We enjoyed our trip to Gilbert in this beautiful and relaxing home on Val Vista Lake. It’s fully equipped with so many extra amenities. I can’t think of anything they’ve left out. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa during the cold weather in January and had fun cruising the lake on the boat.! A special thank you to Mindy for her excellent communication! She was a lovely host and made our stay so special. This home truly deserves five stars and we hope to stay here again sometime!

Exciting! Starting and ending with our host Mindy. A perfect Christmas Holiday Vacation. Plenty of things to do. The pool, hot tub, boat cruises, games, movies, air hockey and the neighborhood & park walks, all enjoyable. The teens stayed off their phones for 5 full days. The property absolutely amazing. Fully stocked for entertaining. It was just gorgeous, a perfect holiday. If you’re thinking about this property - you will not be disappointed. Wonderful host.

This is an awesome property and we can’t wait to return! Very well appointed and generous with their recreational options! Our party was a reunion with 6 adults and the layout of the house was perfect for offering space for us to all be together and apart. We actually didn’t leave the house all week except to run a few errands. We look forward to returning. This property feels like a gem in the desert. We would have wished for a later checkout. 10a seems early but in fairness, I didn’t request a later checkout and the hostess is very accommodating so I would imaging we could have made an arrangement if her schedule allowed. This property receives all the stars and that is unanimous from our group.

Arizona Paradise
We had an amazing stay at this home. It truly is an Arizona Paradise. Our two families traveled together and it was the best base camp for spring break, spring training, relaxing by the pool, family movie nights and floating around the community on the pontoon boat. The home was clean, well stocked and the beds were comfortable. So comfortable in fact, we asked for the brand and model number so we can upgrade our bed at home. The only bad thing about the home is that we begrudgingly had to leave. We can't say enough about our stay and want to come back as soon as possible. Mindy was an amazing host and has gone way above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

Fun week
Spent a week at this VRBO. Enjoyed the pontoon boat, pool, kayaks and bikes. There is a beautiful preserve with lots of trails nearby called Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch that you can walk to or ride bikes to. As a bonus, we needed a pet sitter for the week as the property does not allow pets and Mindy was available and graciously offered to watch our dog and treated him like a member of her family. I know he had a wonderful time as well! Thank you again!

The house was everything we expected plus some. It was clean, well stocked, beds were comfortable, AC worked great, loved having access to the laundry room our kiddos learned how to ride two wheeler bikes there with the bikes provided. The kayaking was a blast. However, Mindy made our stay there just so much better. She took care of us 110%. She definitely went above and beyond our expectations and checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was tip top. Her communication was great and her level of quality and service was superb. The house was beautiful and the pontoon was a delight to rent. The pool was super fun and the whole family had a grand time. Memories were made and a relaxing vacation was had. Thank you Mindy for letting us use your wonderful house and making our stay in Arizona so perfect.

Sister vacation
From start to finish our trip was amazing. Mindy is wonderful to work with. So many extra little surprises. We had such a relaxing time. The boat was our best friend. We had morning coffee; morning mimosas; evening rides and a wine and cheese party. The pool kept us cool in the afternoon and one evening we had movie night. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we had a great relaxing week with family. Would love to work with Mindy again.
