The young man at the desk when we checked in was very nice and welcoming...great parking..coffee in the lobby was good...our room was very clean and comfortable. If we ever travel this way again, we would stay here. Reasonably priced.

No ice machine on the 3rd floor where we were staying.

familiar one I used to stay in your hotel, with above average service, cleanliness and location etc,

the price, compared with one month ago, you increased 15 %. However other service did not improve much. That's too steep rise.

There were no seats available in the breakfast area and it is small to accommodate more people.

Breakfast was good. Check-in was easy. Room was clean. Hotel was quiet.

We arrived late (after 9 pm). Parking was limited, partly because tracker trailers were taking up multiple spots in the front of the building. We had to park behind the building instead, which made me nervous that late at night. Would have thought larger vehicles would be better in the back of the building (but maybe that is me being selfish).

Nice hotel breakfast and very friendly staff! I am an alumna of JMU who was visiting Harrisonburg, so I chose the hotel based off of convenience.

The rooms had full size beds instead of queens, so it was kind of cramped for 4 people staying in one room.

I paid for a handicap King room and was told there was only 1 of them so I was given a handicap double room. I asked again to make sure it was handicap assessable and I was assured it was. When I arrived at the property I was given a room on the 3rd floor. If there was a fire how would my wheelchair bound wife get out? When we got into the room the bed were way too high to me to get her into, the shower was not handicap assessable there for my wife had to sleep in her wheelchair and she was not able to bathe.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Warm cookies in the lobby were a definite plus! Felt comfortable & safe

The breakfast was disgusting,there was hair all over the box spring cover by headboard,the room had a terrible smell,one of the beds had yellow tinged sheets,and had to deal with kids jumping and running above us until 11:30 om

Very friendly staff. Shout out to Robert- he was fantastic! Location was a walkaway to many restaurants and stores. Room was clean, spacious and surprisingly modern. It was the perfect hotel to rest off i81 on way to Florida

The breakfast was good but lacked some healthier options like whole wheat bread, oatmeal or even a fruit would have been nice. Otherwise it was a waffle maker, sausage patties, white breads, sugared cereals. The coffee was good and the staff person was nice and ensured tables, counters were clean and food restocked. She was very attentive.
