It was convenient to my new home
Other people tried to enter my room . The main desk was confused about which room was mine even after I was in it !

The location was perfect for a trip to James Madison University. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. While they were busy, it was not noisy.
The cafe only had packaged muffins available for breakfast, although more was advertised. Be sure to note that breakfast, not even coffee (other than in the room) is included in the cost of this hotel.

Staff was very friendly, and breakfast was decent. Heated pool was the highlight of our stay.
I could hear people walking, slamming the doors etc. no sounds cancellation. Also blackout curtains had some holes in them, a little bit like starry night. We used sofa bed for kids but we’re not provided linens

Breakfast was cold and stale the first day. Did not eat there after that. The pool needs a "no cell phone" sign

This hotel and staff were wonderful. The hotel had a very home away from home feeling. We enjoyed the hot continental breakfast. Not to mention the pool, nice hot tub, plus their bonus basketball court. The location was close to everything. My family had about a 20 minute drive to Massanutten Waterpark. But, the scenery along our drive made the ride seem much shorter. My family will definitely be returning here for our summer trip to Massanutten Water Park. As this is a pet friendly hotel and exactly what our family needs :).

We just checked out this morning….woke up to find both of our cars were broken into( well we were stupid for accidentally locking our cars….both were packed with our daughter’s belongings for college ) . They were definitely looking for money…everything was disrupted a box with 6 pairs of shoes and JBL speaker was taken. They could have taken much more. The good news is the had a video camera and know it happened between 2:00 & 3:00am ( a car pulled in the middle of the parking lot and people got out and went around checking cars doors)BUT apparently couldn’t make out the model and make of the car because of the”dew” on the camera outside. While we take responsibility for not locking our cars we hope the hotel contacts Harrisonburg Police or their own security and increase security when it’s college move in week.

All good; the only challenge was in the fold-out bed; they had dirty sheets. I had to strip and go to get new bedding for our son.
The breakfast was good, but my husband and son said the eggs were not the best. I don't eat eggs, so I am sharing their feedback.
