The shower has really high sides on tub. Hard for older people get in and out. Not enough electrical outlets. No easy outlets to reach. For charging phones etc.

rug in room, hairdryer cord was too short and I couldn’t take it out of the bathroom so wasn’t easy for 2 of us to get ready at the same time

We were traveling and liked how this hotel was "ok" in price and right off the highway, super convenient. Staff was super friendly! Lots of stores and restaurants are close by if you needed to walk.

Lack of coffee pot in the room, very dirty behind the stands in the room and how loud it is at night with the traffic are my only complaints.

the very outside was clean enough.. ok… the hallway is when I thought oh no… what have I done.. but our room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the breakfast area was great as well.. What you would find for breakfast.. so it was good.. the attendant was very sweet, kind and attentive to the needs of the room..

Rooms were quiet and comfortable.

Key cards didn't work so we had to have the front desk let us in.

The property was clean, was able to accommodate my family and most of the staff was friendly.

We had to switch rooms upon checking in because something was going on with the key system. The next day we had to have front desk staff come and unlock the door for us every time we had to re-enter the room. The woman who was working in the breakfast area was very pushy, she tried to scold my son and also took a cup that I advised her was mine from right in front of me and proceeded to throw it in the trash.
