The house was finished beautifully and had absolutely everything you could want for a home from home stay.
3 bathrooms aswell made for an even more comfortable stay!
The sign from the neighbours facing into the kitchen is quite unwelcoming but appreciate that this may be the result of previous guests who haven't followed the rules. But the information is already in the booking and on signage around the house so it feels unnecessary

This is place is in an excellent location for a Sheffield City break with kids in tow. It's really spacious with every room pretty much having it's own toilet so great for get togethers with friends and families where you don't want to all be on top of each other. Would definitely book again.
Some of the beds were really comfy but the two in the loft could do with replacing or having memory foam toppers added - the host is very helpful though and keen to make improvements so I'm sure this will be sorted soon! (Sorry David tried to email you direct about this as per your request for feedback but the Booking.com app is awful when it comes to messages and it wouldn't let me!)

It was warm and clean and was in a great location. Great to have three bathrooms upstairs.
Needed a few extra touches to make it more homely eg teapot, cafetière.
It was difficult to park sometimes, it is a shame they can’t provide a visitors’ permit for guests but I realise that might be complicated.

Great location, with access to lots of local restaurants on the eccleshall road, plus a short drive out to the peaks etc. The house was very comfortable with everything we needed

Absolutely loved our stay! Plenty of room! The kids loved the attic room, especially having their own bathroom. Situated in a great area with bars and restaurants and close to local attractions. We had great communication from David with very quick responses. We would stay again.
