Gostámos do tamanho dos quartos e do ambiente/envolvência do hotel. As salas no 1ºpiso, são excelentes para um grupo de amigos como nós, podemos estarmos reunidos a jogar, por exemplo. Acesso fácil à garagem, possibilidade de carregamento do carro. Raquetes de ténis para utilizar sem custo para quem é hóspede. As senhoras da limpeza que encontrei nos corredores eram super simpáticas, bem como os da receção.

O pequeno almoço para este tipo de hotel não estava nada à altura!! Já estive em hotéis de menos estrelas com pequeno almoço bastante superior, um dos amigos até comentou que o pão de domingo não parecia ser do dia, não havia chá preto ou verde (apenas camomila ou tília), o sumo de laranja era de máquina (parecia de maçã), não havia café "americano", entre muitas outras coisas. Os colaboradores do pequeno almoço também não eram de todo simpáticos, sendo a 1ª cara que o hóspede vê, deviam melhorar! As mesas cheias de loiça, o colaborador não retirava nada durante todo o tempo que estávamos à mesa (éramos 7, imaginem).O meu quarto era uma suite, sem roupão, sem chinelos, mini bar vazio, secador sem funcionar, sem creme/loção corporal(tinha 2 gel de banho e 2 shampoo). Na minha opinião há espaço para melhorar!

El bufet de desayuno fue bueno pero el comedor un poco oscuro y sobrio. Almorzamos al lado de la piscina y cenamos en el patio pero no había esa opción para desayunar

El servicio, con dos excepciones, no fue lo que espera de un hotel pequeño.

O hotel e muito agradável e muito elegante Está em bom estado de conservação e o staff é muito simpático bem como atenciosos. A nível de barulhos pareceu me bem insonorizado

Como melhoria, aponto apenas que ao tomar banho os 2 dias a água ficava fria de repente por várias vezes. O bar também julgo que precisa de ser um pouco mais acolhedor

Perfeito! Nosso quarto era enorme, achamos que estávamos entrando no spa e na verdade era uma parte do quarto com uma banheira gigante com o teto todo rústico lindo. Minha esposa amou.

I realy do like about everything in this hotel. Room was clean, good size and had a minibar and aircondition. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast. Hotel had tennic court just you need to had your own stuff, gym and sunna and all were free of charge. Nice pool and great environment for relaxing. A little far from city center of Coimbra but I wanted to relaxing and during my stay I didn’t go anywhere and hotel had everything that we satisfied of our stay.

air condition very very poor and as the room was heavy decorated it was very hot in the room in april we reserved table for dinner .it took an hour from the order till we got the food. although it was tasty it wasnt satisfied us
