bed comfortable; rooms were well sound-proofed; room temperature well maintained with air conditioner; whilst shower was over the toilet - it was hot and had good pressure. TV had plenty of options.
Hotel was easily accessible from Changi via MRT and short walk. There were plenty of eateries nearby and a 7-11.
Room had tea facilities.
the rooms are small. We didn't have our luggage, so it wasn't a big problem, but the bed was pushed up against the wall.

The room was just off the common area and was noisy most of the night.

Hotel is cheap and close to the airport. Perfect for a stop over. There is a shared area that has a kitchen and a washing washing/dryer.
The hotel is quite run down and not maintained. The photos were deceiving. I wouldn’t stay here for a long period of time. This place is great for stop overs.

The boy working in the reception was very helpfull. There was shampoo, toothbrush, slippers in the room so thats nice.
The pillow covers were not clean, saw a cockroache in the room.

Location is good as it is a small train ride from Changi airport. In the middle of the markets so plenty of food available
It is very small and limited facilities within property. However for price it suits a good transit purpose

Thank you. I have a very urgent message. I stayed in Room 12 on Tue night 8 August and left some important prescription medication behind. Can you confirm you have it. It was in a plastic bags with 3 canisters in them. this medication must not be take.
I am returning to Singapore on Thu 17 and would need to pick this medication up. Please confirm that this is okay.

Short taxi ride from airport
Taxi couldn’t find it. Tiny hotel with back entrance. Rooms are small- lots of noise, thin walls.

clean, simple property for our 1 night stay.
the kind young man who checked us in promised to summon a taxi for our early morning departure. when one wasn’t there in the morning, there was no response to the bell at the desk for someone to help us. a nearby business owner helped us out and commented he has to do this frequently for this hotels guests.

Staff were very nice, price was not bad and it’s close to the airport
Very small, you could hear noises from everywhere and I didn’t like the area much. Really didn’t feel like a hotel.

The location is great, and the room and services/facilities are decent as well, overall a great value for the money
Had a decent stay until a big cockroach appeared out of nowhere during the night and we didn't manage to kill it

Convenient location surrounded by many eating places. There is a 7-Eleven next door.
The hotel is up a flight of stairs. Not convenient if you have heavy luggage, elderly or with mobility issues.
