It was perfect for our small group. I try to take my grandkids to the beach every year. We all love it. I didn’t mind the crossover. The pool is great. We all agreed it was a cozy and comfy place (a recliner would be nice)

The following need some upgrade. Master bedroom needs new pillows and covering after each stay. Television needs upgrading, very old and small, master bathtub is to deep when stepping in and out, could cause an injury, and the rugs in the master bedroom are old and dirty. The balcony need to be pressure wash, very dirty. Please for the cost, have more soap, detergent, tissues and garbage bags.

The Crystal Tower was the perfect property for our family! Our kids loved the pools! The walkway to the beach allowed for safe and efficient access to the water! The property had a resort like feel. Our unit was clean and updated. We will definitely stay at the Crystal Tower again!

Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing! The view was stunning and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Factor in a few extra minutes for the elevator but other than that it was perfect for our family. (Two adults, 11 yr old and a 4 month old)

Great property with a breathtaking view! Two outdoor pools (one with lazy River), two hot tubs and an indoor pool. Add private beach access to the list, and you always have options for a water activity! Great location, close to everything. Highly recommend!

The good; clean, well kept, location, pool, communication, box fan, kitchen, laundry, decent view and parking.
The not so good; Queen mattress should be replaced but it’s ok, couch although it is a fold out it’s not comfortable for sitting much, toilet paper is the cheapest on the market and shouldn’t even be there. Who wants to spend $1700 and get 1 ply, really?! Not enough towel hangers but plenty of space for more. We’re at the beach you need places to hang stuff.

The elevators were the only hassle during our stay, just from the amount of people at the property. Amazing property and perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The beds were comfy and clean, and it was beautifully decorated. I can’t describe how AMAZING the views are!! I loved cooking breakfast and seeing the ocean from the kitchen! The pools are very nice along with the hot tubs. Communication was excellent as well. What a great trip we had!!!

Beautiful view from condo, nice location. Overall a great stay!
Lovely location and super easy check-in process. Communition with management was excellent. Unfortunately the large gulf side pool and lazy river were closed for updates while we were there as well as over-the-road walkway which was main booking reason as we traveled with small kids. One day of elevator issues which contributed to my only workout of the vacation (up and down 19 flights of stairs carrying beach gear and kids), but fixed the following day. All in all, a great first family vacation to the beach.

Mid-Winter Getaway
We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Towers. The condo was very clean and met all of our needs. We loved watching for dolphins from the balcony and our kids loved the indoor pool. We can't wait to come back another year.
The walkway across the road to the beach was not open nor the pools on the other side. This was not communicated to us however, it did not impact our stay.

Loved the beautiful view from our balcony on the 19th floor overlooking the street,buildings across the street and beach! My Condo was clean, well kept, great communication with property managers, easy check in with welcome packet and easy check out. Property had a lot of upkeep being done so the lazy river, resort style pool and walkway across the road was closed for construction. The hot tub and indoor heated pool also had some painting/repair being done and closed for a day or two during our stay. Keep in mind- the upkeep and upgrades make the property what it is and it's beautiful. Overall would definitely recommend staying here and I will visit again.

We liked the condo. The owner did not send us the check in code until we requested just before we arrived. We were disappointed that the Crossway over the road was closed. It had been two years and should have been done by now.

My family and I stayed for the first time at Gulf Shores and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This location was clean and welcoming. We are currently planning our next trip and hope to stay at this location again.

Great stay
We had an excellent stay. There were a couple of minor issues that were taken care of quickly when we texted the communication phone number provided. The view of the ocean from the balcony was unbelievable and the view of the bay from the front door was just as nice. The condo is beautifully decorated. We were comfortable and really enjoyed our stay.

Fun family get away
We love staying at crystal tower. Even with the weather being chillier and cloudier than we wanted we still had plenty to do between the indoor pool and the two hot tubs. Our unit was very clean and communicating with the property manager. Loved the fact we could go straight to our unit and we didn’t have to make an extra stop to check in. I would highly recommend this property!
