Everything from clean rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, nice staff

Loved having breakfast included with the stay. Plenty of food and options. Location was easy to get to.

Lots of cigarette butts around the patio/pool area. Trash overflow at pool.

The rooms were clean and modern

Breakfast should offer other options than pork sausage

I like the convenience of the location. I also liked how spacious our room was.

There were a lot of things that weren't working (elevator, ice machine, pancake machine, card reader to side door, etc). Also our room was not ready when we went to check in.

The beds are comfortable.

mostly everything the room looked like a super 8 motel , it’s not worth it for the price also the breakfast was nasty and my son had some milk he drank a little bit of it and said it tasted nasty turns out the milk was expired. Doors on the bathroom are slide in doors that don’t close all the way .

The facilities are great!

I was charged twice! My reservation was prepaid though Booking.com 10 days before our arrival. When I checked out, I was charged again. I contacted the hotel and was told that I was going to receive a refund, but I didn’t. I had to contact my credit card to dispute the transaction.

Most of the staff were very nice, welcoming & helpful. Breakfast was decent for it to be complementary. Great location with other food options and stores nearby.

At check-in the lady didn’t confirm the full details of my stay and ended up overcharging me (charging me for additional days). i was refunded at checkout though so it worked out . Also the room temperature of the rooms was hard to control , the air conditioning wouldn’t turn off but the young lady at the desk didn’t hesitate to change our room.

Most everything. It was like new. Convenient, Out of the big city yet it only took 15 minutes to get to Downtown Dallas. 😊
