Newly renovated, tasteful and quality materials. Nice touches of good soaps and shampoos, Keurig, teapot, cooking oil. Everything was very clean. Slept great, no sounds woke us up. Free street parking. One gets the feeling the host really cares about making you feel welcome.
The host is not in control of this, but the streets and neighborhood were unfortunately a bit littered with trash.

It was exactly like the pictures
When I arrived I wasn’t informed until she maybe 10 minutes before the boat had to arrive and say the code was recently changed from what she originally sent . The lock system seems to be broken and or needs to be fixed .
I wasn’t aware of it being an apartment where people actually live there as well as children so it was a tad disrupting to hear the noise .
The shower was a major issue although it was put in the description that the facilities were an opposite so hot was cold and cold being hot (for showering) yet neither became hot whatsoever . I didn’t receive a response from the host for about an hour or 2 and the response I received was lengthy and I had already stated every was tried I had to settle for a warm shower and the adjustment was not even the middle . Cold hot colder and hot got still cold.
There was an issue I also continues to have with heat.

Nuestra estancia aquí fue perfecta, disfrutamos mucho. Todo esta muy limpio y muy nuevo. Tiene una parada de metro muy cerca por lo que es muy cómodo llegar. 100% recomendable.

Inside of the apartment was clean and facilities was like it was on the list.
The neighborhood looked little bit scary because we couldn't feel comfortable but overall, it was a very nice weekend.

Outstanding value for money on dates when hotel prices in Chicago are skyrocketing. Superbly clean, easy keyless self check in. Within easy walking distance of an L train station.
You need to be prepared to get a cab or go on the L train to go downtown.

Lovely apartment! It is clean and cozy. It was nice to spend time in it. There are all the things you need. Close to the center. I definitely recommend to stay as for one night, as well as for longer. Everything is as in the pictures, and even more type of coffees, teas and butters:)

Everything is like the photo. It has style, comfort and the management were always in touch if I needed help. Maybe just adding a bed comforter and some bottles of water. But I highly recommend this perfect place. 10/10

No problem parking in front of the apartment plenty of spaces so we could Uber downtown. and explore Chicago without worrying about pay a fortune for parking. The kitchen was equipped with everything but food. But really who want to cook when they're away. The host was right on property and very helpful.
The only thing I didn't enjoy was the bed, It was too firm for me.

Excellent location. Newly renovated very functional apartment with full kitchen. Easy check in/out. Easy parking in front of the house.
Not that I didn'like it, but the fact that the apartment is in the basement, without view from the windows, should be more clearly stated. Definitely too cold at arrival (but that's the rule in America...
