Location was brilliant - so close to the cathedral and castle, which was our main reason for staying as we were attending one of the concerts! It was such a comfortable property for two couples and a great base for exploring uphill Lincoln. We really appreciated the little touches in the house - from the glasses for champagne (it was our friend's 60th birthday celebration), to the tea and coffee. Everything was spotlessly clean in the house, which made it a superb stay. Entry was really easy using the lockbox. Another added bonus was the off-road parking for two vehicles. Would we stay again? Of course we would! Thank you Tim and Rosita.

Location was perfect, a very quiet area of the City but within easy walking distance of everything you would wish to see (Cathederal, Castle, City centre and most importantly the Pubs, bars & Resturants. We stayed for 3 nights, which wasn't enough time to appreciate all that Lincoln has to offer. We plan to return for a longer stay with our children, hopefully this Gem of a property will still be available.

Many previous people staying here have mentioned the 'tight' access of the driveway. Although it is tight, i still managed to fit in our Nissan Quasqai. I found reversing into the drive to be best & if you reverse all the way back towards the double gates at the end with the front of the car next to the entrance door, the space between the walls is wider allowing for access no different to most public car park spaces.

The property was furnished beautifully and had everything you need for a weekend stay.

Pillow was slightly too soft for me so an option of a firmer pillow would have been good! Still slept well however!

Prima locatie, makkelijk te vinden, zeer schoon en prima ingericht huis. Eigen parkeerplaats ook fijn. Aardige host die nog aan het schoonmaken was toen wij, te vroeg, aankwamen. Zeker een aanrader en bij een terugkeer naar Lincoln gaan we zeker hier weer logeren!

Nothing not to like.

Fantastic house in a great location, walking distance to all the local attractions. Very clean with comfy beds. The hosts left some treats which was just lovely. Would highly recommend :)

Beautifully presented with every comfort taken into consideration. Excellent location. Host very helpful with restaurant recommendations and general local information.

Driveway quite narrow when parking a family sized car.

Very peaceful location. Close to Cathedral, Castle, Open Top bus. House is spacious and comfortable. Good to have off road parking

Rather too many ornaments especially in the bathroom. Guests need space for their toiletries. The stairs are very steep. A second rail might be good.
