Beautiful, large rooms with a very designer-look bathroom. Rooms have large windows with a view of the valley. The bed was super-comfy, but the best part is the hosts. We felt taken care of all time and we appreciated that hosts speak good English. Chef prepared a 3-course dinner every evening and each time it was a different menu. Wifi was quite good and could reach our room. We recommend booking a sauna which is higher in the mountain with an amazing view to the whole valley.

The hotel is a bit on the hill, so you have to walk down and back up if you want to visit the city. For us, it was not a problem.

Francesco, Carmen, and their extraordinary staff, went above and beyond to make our stay a truly special one.

We loved everything! This place is just perfect. Excellent localization, in the middle of flowers, a wonderful bungalow with all the details carefully thought about. Judith who attended us, was a mother to us. Fantastic cook! We were very happy at this place. A dream!

We liked everything!

The location of Mamaq Tambo lodge is superb! You have a great view of the Gocta falls. But not only the location is great, the lovely host Amaryllis make you feel at home, dinner and breakfast are excellent and the stylish design of both the lodge and the houses makes it the place to stay when visiting this area!

There were some small difficulties in getting the right temperature of the water while showering

Absolutely beautiful, very stylish casitas in a lovely garden with amazing views to many waterfalls, an easy walk into Cocachimba as well as direct access up to upper plateaus with waterfalls and cloud forest. Francesco and amaryllis were so helpful, whether arranging hiking, providing medicinal teas or just making sure the whole family had a wonderful time and ate very well.

The hotel was beautiful if you really want get in touch with nature. Although the location is not in the main square, the tranquility and views from Mamaq Tambo are priceless Nice traditional breakfast. Very private bungalows and loved enjoying fresh air.

It has the best view: The Gotca waterfall . Breathtaking!!!! Every detail was perfect. Great job

We loved everything about the hotel. The staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The view to the waterfall was amazing. The food that was served was delicious, everything we had was grown in the property and fresh. It was a great place to come back to after the hikes, peaceful and nice.
