The best location in Chicama to surf the wave, great staff, extensive food menu, surfboard room, Zodiac, amenities such as sauna, spa, jacuzzi…

Perfect spot for a Peru surfing get away! Views from hotel are incredible! Food is delicious. And Pisco Sours are spot in! Our room was super comfy, hot showers, and very quiet. Kids loved game room and the empty beach! Good wifi and very friendly, helpful staff! Hubby loved the boat surf services plus drone footage. Highly recommend for your family get away!

Very quiet village but not a negative. Bring your own wetsuit (which we knew) but with traveling for 2+ weeks didn’t want the extra weight. Recommend making the room plus your booties!

The only place around Chicama that I would want to stay! Food was great. Great location and staff.

The hotel was perfect for a vacation centered on surfing. The town is very quaint, and the hotel delivered a wonderful, relaxing experience. The food and service were great and the facilities were not crowded. They hotel makes it easy to make additional reservations for spa appointments, tours, and other amenities.

the place is right in front of the Chicama beach. This is great if your purpose is to practice surfing. However the hotel could invest on improving the staircase that leads to the Beach as it is old and hard to walk on barefoot.

The surf instructors did not speak good English, the service at the restaurant, the massages and the sauna were not good. The staff that served food were not attentive: taking long, not bringing everything one needs to eat i.e. spoon, additional dishes to share the food, bringing bottles of water without bringing glasses. It was annoying having to repeat this everyday. The massages were not good at all, the 3 of us tried it with the one person, Paola. She played really bad music (not relaxing at all, romantic songs with a flute) and she did not work long time on each place, she massaged very shortly every area, even though the whole massage was an hour. The sauna's shower is not really a shower, they should renovate it.

The facilities and staff

The quality of the food wasn't great for Peru standards, and it was a bit of a hassle having to order everything via WhatsApp before eating. (A lot of our breakfast order was missing)

Security guards were incredibly friendly and welcoming. All learned our names and were an awesome part of the experience.

The design, the colors, the open feel, the greenery, the view. The fact that they have 2 jacuzzi’s, a big games room and TV/lounge room.

The kitchen staff particularly didn’t go out of there way to serve us fast or efficiently. We had to remind them several times to bring stuff out. The grounds staff was super friendly and helpful! Loved that!
