Our family had a fantastic time! Location was great, the house was well stocked, cleaned well, very spacious, nice and quiet neighborhood! The host was very responsive and kept us in the loop with house communications!

Our extended family had an amazing weeklong stay in this well-appointed, clean, and spacious home! Our group was used to being on the beach but we hardly missed the convenience of that as we had the golf cart to easily get us back and forth in no time flat. All the kids and adults alike were kept entertained at the house with the pool, outdoor bar with TV and sitting area as well as two indoor living spaces (which allowed for a quiet room and an energetic and loud kid filled space which we could hardly hear from downstairs) We were also thrilled to find an incredibly well-appointed kitchen which allowed us to cook all our meals in house with all the tools we needed. The beds were comfortable and rooms of ample size.

Beautiful property, unfortunately a storm came and flooded the property and we had to evacuate the house. Flooded one of our rental cars trying to leave.

Our family of 20 gets together each holiday season 2 weeks after THANKSGIVING and 2 weeks before CHRISTMAS. WE call it THANKSGISMAS. This was number 14. We gather on Friday enjoy appetizers and drinks share stories and laughs. Saturday morning Gpa makes a run to KK for doughnuts. So in law puts prime rib on grill while ladies prepare fixings. Everyone gathers for a feast at 2:00 followed by gifts, stockings and dirty Santa gift exchange. So much laughter and love. In the evening 14 of us head to TOP GOLF. SUNDAY morning is a time to relax and recap. The ladies run to outlets for last minute shopping. Only, to return to the kitchen to serve leftovers.
The house easily accommodated my family with space. We thoroughly enjoyed the area around the pool for relaxation. Thank you for providing a lovely, CLEAN HOME.

This was an excellent choice for a group of friends in town to celebrate a wedding. The pool and big communal areas made it so easy for everyone to gather together to catch up, relax, and have a great time.

Spotless snd fully stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen and baths. Wonderful pool and shade area, plenty of seating. Would definitely recommend. We had 12 family members and was a wonderful tri state get together. No walk in shower however. I had fractured and dislocated foot and had surgery. Ended up buying a shower seat to balance in tub/shower

Our stay at this home was very pleasant. The house was simply great. So much space and more than everything you need for preparing three meals a day. I loved all the rooms with their own bathroom was a plus. The pool was amazing. Unfortunately our stay was short due to Idalia Tornado but all in all this is a great house to stay and yes I would vacation here again. Thanks Stacie.

I couldn’t ask for a better house for my whole family to stay! There is a lot of us so trying to find a house big enough for all of us is hard and this place gave us plenty of space without being on top of each other! The host was beyond amazing and helpful. This house is so beautiful and has a great location! I couldn’t have been more happy with everything!

We rent a beach house every year and this house by far was the nicest one we’ve rented. Perfect for multiple families. If we get the chance to go back to NMB we will definitely stay here again.

We’ve been coming to NMB for 30 years and this may be the nicest home we’ve stayed in. All of the amenities were fantastic and the house was very well appointed. The communication with Stacie was excellent, and everything g was as advertised or better. We will be back!

We loved our stay here. Perfect location, great for large families. Having 2 floors of living rooms/kitchen space was perfect. Short walk to the beach although we rented a golf cart.

Our Family Christmas Vacation was great this year, the unit was nice just need to be a lil more tidy, Cody was very pleasant and responded quickly to our heating needs, I would rent this unit again, I especially enjoyed that the unit was located on a cul de sac, the little one were able to play with their Christmas toys safely!

This house is in an ideal location in Cherry Grove. Stores and restaurants are close. The beach is only a few blocks so we were able to walk with the kids and enjoy this luxury. The house is spacious and well equipped. Communication with Cody was excellent and he responded extremely quickly to all inquiries. We would stay here again for sure!

The host was amazing and always responded very quickly! Cleaning service could do a little better with a thorough deep cleaning of all the bedding! The overall stay was great and we would definitely stay again next year if the property is available!

This was the second time for us staying here and the second time was as good or better than the first. Located in a great little Cherry Grove neighborhood on one of the canals within easy walking distance of the pier and only a short drive to anywhere else you might need to go in town. Cody, the property owner, is awesome to work with and we would definitely return in the future!

The only thing that would have made this perfect would be for this house to be sitting on front beach!!! Short walk though. The House was very nice. The pool space was perfect.

We were four generations ranging in age from 4 mo to 77 yrs.
The upstairs living room was perfect for the gaming generation to gather!
Pool area as advertised. Was a fun place for all to hang out and take a break from the beach. Also provided great space for early morning coffee chats.
The only problem we had was with internet connection, but all it took was a note to Cody who called and took care of it quickly.

Great house for large family
great house for our group.....5 couples. usually someone has to draw straws for the room with the bunk beds. Not here.....everyone was able to sleep in an "adult" size bed. The pool area was really nice and the pool furniture under the shade of the house was a favorite spot.

Excellent Week in Cherry Grove
Our family of 15-20 has been coming to the beach for many years. Typically we go to the Surfside area but this year thought we would try something new. In the past we have used a realtor for the rental so this was my first experience with VRBO.
I can report that the rental experience was excellent. My contact, Cody, was unbelievable. He responded to every question within hours (if not minutes). On checkin day he messaged me when the house was ready. We had a couple of issues with the pool during the week and he addressed them for us immediately. Trust me, you would never get this type of service from a realtor.
The house was as expected. We usually stay right on the beach so we had to adjust to using a golf cart to travel back an forth. Certainly, Cherry Grove could do a better job of providing beach access and parking for golf carts rather than charging you by the hour thru a Mickey Mouse app to use the very limited parking they have. One would hope that the town council could find other revenue streams and make the visitor experience a little more convenient.
Like all houses there are things we would change but there was nothing major. If I had to mention one great thing ... the pool and pool area was great. We spent countless hours talking on the comfortable chairs/couches while watching the kids play. The one thing I would suggest the owner change immediately are several of the beds who had box springs that were extremely noisy. It was impossible to get in the bed or move while sleeping without disturbing others in the bedroom.
Overall, a great experience.

Summer fun with extended family
House is the perfect size and had all amenities we needed for a week at Cherry Grove with extended family from all over the country. We had a fantastic time. There are a few small things that could use fixing due to being overused, but overall the house is as expected. Cody was easy to communicate with and booking and checkin were easy. We would stay there again.

The house was great. One negative, over which I guess Cody has no control, the next door neighbors were a bunch of young teens that other neighbors had to call the police twice on. As soon as the police left the teens' friends returned. They even tossed furniture into the canal. Lots of noise, profanity, drugs..

Large house
The house was large and roomy. Could use some additional items to make it more comfortable (hooks, new mattresses in some rooms, full length mirror, etc.). I heard it was for sale though. The next-door home was rented to a young group that believed you could party all night - ugh. The home was close to the beach and grocery store. We enjoyed our stay. If you rent a golf cart, you will have to pay to park, so we did not like that as other beaches we have been to offer free parking. We enjoyed fishing off the Cherry Grove pier - only caught some small sharks, but still fun!
