It was clean and quiet!

There is no trail or stairs going down the rocks towards Safeway. I also would like to have Directv or cable in the room rather than all the streaming apps. Or at least the option to choose different streaming platforms

Rooms were big and very comfortable

The night staff was rude. Made you feel like an inconvenience.

The room was spacious. My daughter loved the game room and the pool. Check in was easy. Morning breakfast was satisfying.

This is not a con, just some opinions to make future hotel stays even better. Little food for thought: Recently, my family and I stayed at another Home 2 Suites by Hilton in Washington, and they served warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. The little gesture was remembered, and we were looking forward to the sweet treat after traveling. However, this location did not offer this. The only other thing that could be improved is having softer beds in the room.

It was a very roomy and comfortable room, the floorplan was great. Nice storage and comfortable beds. Too bad we didn’t use the kitchen!

The room appointments were great, except for one thing. (see below). Hotel is very clean, staff helpful, etc. Will stay there again.

As I am a light sleeper, the refrigerator's strange noises kept me from a good sound sleep. Also, the operation on the TV was very confusing for a couple of 80+ folks. And breakfast ending at 9AM isn't good for the old folks.

The location, facilities, and room itself was very nice. BEST place to stay in Yakima by far. My son enjoyed the pool a lot. It was clean and well kept. The free breakfast was wonderful and had a fairly good selection.

According to the pictures and description of the room on the hotel website, there should have been a separate room for the two queen beds. However, the room was a studio. We specifically paid extra for a suite in which there was a separate room. For the price, we were disappointed. Also, checking in was a bit of a hassle. We were told to call at 1:30p to see if we could get an earlier check in. We ended up sitting around waiting until after 3.

The Hotel was nice and new. Breakfast was good.

What appears to be the main entrance isn't and was locked. Found entrance on side of building. There was a side entrance next to our room which people when in and out all night. Kept waking us up.

The breakfast was fair. Not what I was hoping for. At 8:15 nothing left. No help.
