There is no free breakfast, but there is a coffee shop/bar in the lobby.

The breakfast was very poor. Not much selection compared to other hotels that include breakfast..

The room was listed a two (double) rooms for a separate sleeping area. It was only a single room with a double beds. Bookings.com and /or Marriott did NOT describe the room correctly.

I cancelled with you in plenty of time to only pay for the first night as was included in my reservation. I have since been charged for the entire stay. This is terrible business on your part and I am so disappointed in your service. I have used booking.com in the past and have never had such a terrible experience. I am still hoping that you will resolve it.

Safe location. Very quite. Room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure. Relaxing lobby. Cheerful front desk attendant.

No microwave or freezer in room. Balcony “view” was directly over the dumpsters with no outdoor chairs provided to enjoy the balcony. Very small swimming pool. Room wasn’t ready upon check in so there was a bit of a wait.

Clean, comfy, food on site, close to important stores…great!

They messed up my breakfast order, but I didn’t realize till after I got back to my room. I didn’t have time to go back to have it fixed :(

We enjoyed the beds. They were comfortable, and the air conditioning was quite. The blueberry muffin was really good.

When I booked, I selected a booking that included breakfast. On the day of check out, we went to the dining room to order our breakfast. The person who was taking the orders, asked us for our room number. We gave it to her; she looked in the system and said that our breakfast was not included. She asked us to check with the front desk personnel. We walked to the front desk. We explained the situation. The lady at the front desk checked and said that we were right and our breakfast was indeed included. So, we walked back to the dining room and let the employee know. We were finally able to order and have breakfast. It was annoying to go back and forth in order to clear this thing up. Also, the door of the bathroom did not close properly or locked. It stayed open.

The charge for the room was way too expensive. When I ask the front desk about the cost they told me it was because of a vollyball tournament in town, unacceptable. Also your website stinks, I thought I was using points.
