The property was close to where we needed to be. Very convenient. Reception staff member was very friendly and helpful. Very professional.

One bed had grease or black markings in the sheets and the other bed must have bees dried with other things as there was some grit and fluff in the bed. Walls need some artwork or something to make it a little more homely. I think this property is a little expensive for what you get.

-The elevator moves fast and it is an easy fob in system. -The apartment was nicely equipped having basic kitchen utensils and a laundry cupboard. -It was nice that there was a smart tv with access to streaming platforms. -secure car park

-There were blinds missing contributing to a lack of privacy and light shining through. -the beds were 2 single beds pushed together, making for an uncomfortable sleep with my partner. -additional parking fee, the parking was not included in the stay price compared to other places it is. -it takes multiple attempts for the toilet to flush properly - false advertising (advertised guaranteed check in by 2pm) my room was not ready until 4pm. - poor communication in regards to already paying for my check in + deposit and almost getting overcharged by after hours check in because of the lack of communication.

I did ask for 4 single beds but we got 2 queen beds. Need to have some ice cube trays & there were only 2 wine glasses when there was 4 of us.

The pool was warm which made us love it so much. Sauna was great. Apartment was well equipped. Views from rooms were lovely.

The entrance into bathrooms had a ridge which caused us hurt our toes. The swimming pool had no railings which my 81 year old mother found very scary. For health and safety railing would have been ideal.

WIFI was slow at 25Mbps.

It was near the groceries and shops. Most of all, it was near the Brisbane river which is my favorite spot. The staff, especially Kim and Cindy, were very accommodating and helpful. They make sure that every concern raised were attended to immediately and they respond promptly as well.

Internet connection on unit 30605 was very bad and was under maintenance when I stayed there so I had to transfer to a new room.

部屋の眺望が写真ほどよくなかったです。変更してもらった次の部屋も眺望が悪く、独特なにおいがこもっていた。空気を入れ替えれば少しよくなったけど非衛生的な感じがしました。バスルーム入口に見えずらい段差があり足をぶつけて危なかった。

I stayed 7nights and not once was there room service to change sheets or room maintenance to replace toiletries. The bathroom had mould in the shower and the toilet didn’t flush properly. The washing machine is weak, it doesn’t do you justice as the pressure was so weak. The dryer takes hours to dry 3 pieces of light clothing. The noice from children echos to the room and all you can hear is screaming kids. The elderly lady who work the Saturday 27th April was rude with her aggressive hand gestures. This place was unprofessional, unhygienic & noisy ! Dont recommend at all if you’re wanting a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Location is not very good for people don't drving.

we asked for king bed got a double which we don’t fit on. the balcony was dirty, the room smelt like sewage , the parking spaces are so small and we have a big 4wd. won’t be back.

Great location and facilities on site.

Disappointed that it was advertised as having a heated pool but it was cold. Not suitable for small kids. We did ask about it twice and reception said they had turned up the heating slightly but it was still cold - stayed 2 nights and had hoped to swim in the pool but wasn't possible. The spa was cold the first day too though at least that warmed up when asked about it.

The room was amazing for the price we got. Close to most things too.

３歳の息子が風呂に落ちていた小さなガラスの破片で足を切り、出血しました。それについてホテルに伝えても何の対応もしてくれません。最低です。洗濯乾燥機の中にも前の宿泊者の方の衣類が入っていたりと困りました。

The corridor on our floor smelled offensively and there was no place to pull your car in when checking in

Room was clean

There are 3 buildings, and depending on which room you book will depend on which building your room is in. One of the buildings is on a steep hill, so it was difficult for us to go up and down that hill to get to the public transport. No chair or table in the room to sit and eat your meal comfortably. Reception staff seemed like we were troubling them when we asked for something.

It was clean. Lovely pool. Nice city views. Nice to have a washer & drier but a clean iron would have been preferred

Apartment only had half of the windows with blinds which made trying to sleep very uncomfortable. Dirty iron ruined my shirt. Furniture falling apart when I tried to open the drawers. After hours check in was a ridiculous process even though I arrived prior to the 8pm reception closure time. Security were very helpful though.
