Hotel molto curato e in posizione comoda.

Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen mit den Öffis sehr gut erreichbar. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und von allem war etwas da, nur auf die Wurst/Käseplatten wie in in Europa üblich, muss verzichtet werden. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Die Self-Use-Laundry im Hotel war sehr angenehm und günstig. Bei der Rezeption kann auch gratis Waschmittel abgeholt werden. Während unserem Aufenthalt hat es auch öfters geregnet und wir konnten gratis Schirme für den Aufenthalt ausleihen.

Das Zimmer hat bei ausgeschalteter Klimaanlage einen unangenehmen Geruch gehabt.

Lage perfekt. Frühstück gut. Zimmer gut.

Badezimmer nur mit Glaswand abgetrennt. Nachts scheint das Licht hindurch.

Convenient location, easy parking, room was comfortable and very clean. Complimentary breakfast adds to the convenience. A pleasant and easy stay.

Beds could be comfier.

The disability access room was spacious and well laid out. The breakfast was plentiful, had good variety and was fresh. Everything felt clean and well maintained.

There was no parking left on site, so I had to park 2 blocks away. The driveway is quite poky and can be crowded -- especially because I needed to get my wheelchair-using mother out of the car and leave her on the driveway while I went to park offsite.

The staff on the day of arrival were very helpful and responsive when we had an issue with AC in our room. Good soundproofing and blackout curtains, modern room

There is construction opposite the hotel that starts at 6am. Yes, that is SIX AM. This isn't the hotel's fault, but frankly they should have been up front and warn all customers who book, especially if the customer is requesting a quiet room. If I had known in advance about this, I would not have stayed. Did not get the chance to raise this issue at checkout as the young woman at checkout did not seem interested and didn't ask how our stay was.

Bed was comfy, AC worked well, staff was friendly and the location was spot on. View was also nice apart from the construction site.

The door was difficult to open, glass door separating the bathroom from the rest of the room. Thin walls, could hear people argue in the neighboring room

Location was a little walk from the Queen street mall. Not sure if there are any transport options to go there, But we walked so it was okay

Breakfast cold and not very good have known it to be a lot better . It was very busy don’t think they could keep up with demand.

Clean room, modern facilities, good breakfast and comfy bed and pillows.

Chromecast was difficult to work out. Called reception for help and they said they would send someone to have a look for us. No one turned up. I figured it out myself after 30 mins and changing a few tv settings.

Location of the hotel. It is in CBD, 1.3 kms from King George square. Complimentary breakfast was an added bonus.

Exorbitant price of the stay. Almost no facilities in the room. Even the water bottles had to be purchased from nearby 7/11 (4 AUD for 500 ml). The room was small with no amenities.

Friendly staff, quick check in and check out, comfy bed, good breakfast selection and the location.

Being picky, the rubbish outside the hotel is not a good look.

Die Lage ist super alles schnell erreichbar, Frühstück ist sehr gut, Betten hervorragend.

Leider nur eine Kaffemaschine beim Frühstück, daher ein "Stau", ebenfalls der Toaster welcher schlecht einzustellen war, es gibt geräte die den breunungsgrad erkennen, und daher nicht jeder Gast alles verdeht.

We stayed NYE and everything about the stay was fantastic. The staff were extremely professional and helpful and the room was perfect after a big night out., (Room was clean, quiet, spacious and had light block out blinds which was perfect for a sleep-in) We would definitely stay here again

The staff at reception were very rude and not helpful. The bed mattress and pillows were of the poorest quality for a hotel of this level.

A crying baby in the room next kept me awake at night. A better insulation between rooms would have helped

Breakfast was awesome. The room was simple and clean Check-in and check out was relatively smooth

Our room had the option to select either 2 singles or a large double bed. We selected the large double bed, and when we walked into the room we saw 2 singles. We spoke to the lady at the front counter who advised us "It's a lucky dip with bed selection". This was not the ideal comment we needed when we were checking in at 2 am.

The deal included breakfast so no hidden costs. Bathrooms were nice and clean shower was awesome. Staff were very helpful and polite. Location was really good.

Parking could have been easier but at least we had it.
