Great location, friendly staff. Room was amazing, very spacious with a lovely view. Very clean and the facilities were great. Amazing rooftop swimming pool too. 10 / 10

Location was outstanding, close to the CBD and in South Brisbane, which is lovely. 20 mins walking distance to the CBD. Also loved to see both the sunrise and the sunset from the flat on the 19th floor.
That I could not stay longer.

Room cleanliness was below standard, linen, mattress, tv screen and glass cabinets
Room contained basic furniture, no decore on walls to give homely feel.

Nice area, really close food places, rooftop area gorgeous. Rooms lovely.
If i had to chose something, i would say not realising the balcony doesnt get any sun , but a simple request of sunny side apartment would fix that.

The apartment is very modern, has everything you need, great location
I only notice one thing, the shower door handle needs to be replaced a it is all rusted.

Location was very good, good view of mountains, handy to shopping and restaurants, art gallery, theatre, museum, rail station and close to the central business district. Refreshing supplies once per week good.
The microwave and oven came with no instructions so were rather difficult to use so I didn't use them much. More care should be taken with cleaning around the sink between the metal and the counter, Also the tiles in the shower should be scrubbed clean, mildew is creeping in. The laundry detergent may be eco friendly but it doesn't really clean clothes. Fortunately I bought some Tide pods with me and they of course are excellent.

Didn’t see the pool but the parking was safe and easy. Reception was friendly. Apartment was nice and clean apart from the couch could use a dry clean.

Proximity to the bus and train station was fantastic! Easy walk to the city centre. Easily accessible parking. Aircons worked and kept the room very cool.
The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and couch in the main area was very uncomfortable.

Great location for QPAC and South Bank. Clean and tidy apartment with all necessary amenities.

Location, 3 bedroom unit was awesome. Access to facilities was very good. Excellent layout and suited our needs perfectly.
Needed some maintenance in the room. Ironing board in poor condition, wall in lounge had damage and fridge had damage. Would be good for repairs to occur, particarly the wall. Or articulate these to us, as made us overtly document to ensure no miscommunication occurred around causes of such damage. Gym was quite untidy and did not motivate us to use it.
