Position was paramount for us and this suited that. Room was spacious with comfortable lounge and reasonable kitchen. Bathroom was small, poorly laid out for comfort.

No mention of any payment for car parking until we got there and asked where we would park. This should have been mentioned clearly when making the booking. Very overpriced also.

Room smelt so bad the drains in the rooms are yuck every time the water was run the drains would stink out the room , the bed was so hard and uncomfortable, the two 5 minute parks to check in was ridiculous on a street you can’t park on and then to have to pay $40 per day to park two blocks away from accommodation, just not set up very well and not clean wouldn’t recommend staying

The view was beautiful, the cleanliness of the place was amazing. Beds were comfy, complimentary shower supplies smelt amazing. It’s in a perfect location too.

Clean & tidy. Staff were exceptional. Great location. Comfortable beds.

Views onto garden ledges that were littered with rubbish including used vapes. No spare blankets or pillows.

The beds were 2 singles pushed together that were different heights. The off site parking was inconvenient. One of the bedroom windows didn’t shut properly so could hear traffic all night. The microwave was not fixed properly and was out of its housing. The bathroom was full of mould in the shower and on the toilet. The sauna was out of order

The Meriton on Adelaide was beautiful and modern. The apartments are a great size with incredible views. The reception staff were also amazing!! Very impressed. We would love to stay there again.

The carparking was full, so, we had to park a fair way away at another hotel.

Have stayed numerous times and always happy with the accommodation. Unit was bit shabby No door on laundry area Noise from ? Outside on corridor ? Generator went off at intervals day and night ? Bleach stains bathroom floor

Aircon in bedroom didn’t work. Only very low. Very uncomfortable. Shower was absolutely terrible.

First and foremost, the staff were amazing, so kind and willing to help with anything. The rooms were nicely decorated and appliances were nice as well.

Lack of cleanliness.. not long after entering our first room we noticed a BLOODSTAIN on our mattress along with strands of hair and rubbish on the floor. We were disgusted but gave the lobby a call and they were distraught about it, offered to change/upgrade our rooms. From then it was great. Definitely would stay again, just make sure your cleaners actually clean, especially when it comes to hair and biohazard substances.

General vibe of the hotel/lobby is good and beds are comfy. Kevin Murphy bathroom products supplied are high end.

Having stayed at the Meriton Adelaide St before, we were really looking forward to visiting again however when we arrived we learnt our room wasn't ready and so were "upgraded" to a two bed apartment on a higher floor. One of the bedrooms got locked which is understandable however it happened to be what I would call the nicer of the two rooms and also the main bathroom which again, would have been our preferred room. Also, we were located on level 12 of 74 which was presented as if it was of benefit. We really just would have preferred to wait for our original room, perhaps receive a small discount or been offered a later check-out.. Honestly, it would have been nice if we had a discussion instead of just being told what was what - with no real benefit to us as the guest at all. The room we ended up in looked/felt dated. It needed a lick of paint and maybe renovate the ensuite which was looking tired, especially with the shower over bath set up. Place had an over-powering cleaning smell (not the pleasant kind) and the floor/main hallway was dingey.

We stayed on Level 71. Wow what a ride up in the elevator it was with the pressure in your ears but how fun knowing it would be worth it to have the most amazing view I've seen in a long time. I don't think I've ever woken up to something like that before. The staff was cheerful and accomodating at any request and the rooms were very clean. We didn't want to come home. But we will be back!
