The community, indeed a very low category of guests, speaks loudly, don't respect privacy, etc. Also I found its a ground floor chalet, not a villa as written. But anyway I liked the seafront view.

The View is perfect, The Pools are really pleasent and the Beach is good. The staff is respected. The Barbecue Area on the Beach is simple, but it was really good and enjoyable.

There are a lot of Insects, suxh as Ants, Cockroqches and Mosquitoes. The Place needs more Cleanliness and Room Service. The Place needs more usable Kitchen Tools. The Place is far from the City Center and the only Mall in the Area is really expensive.

Absolutely nothing. Do not stay here.

I want to warn all travellers: stay away. The place is basically a construction site with loose cables hanging around, the shops are all boarded up and there is nothing - not even the bar advertised in the description. The rooms are filthy beyond belief and it took several trips to reception to get some clean sheets - which were then soaking wet. The self-catering rooms lack even basic amenities, such as toilet paper, towels, a functioning kettle or even dish washing liquid, which is sorely necessary given the disgusting pans in the room. When requested, we were given a half empty bottle of all-purpose cleaner. Staff did not even bother to point out that there was a fully equipped hotel next door where we could have got some food but rather sent us to a mall 30 min walk away. And all this for a staggering price. The ownership structure is murky: someone buys apartments within the ressort and rents them out independently, so you don't even have anyone you can complain to.
