This is the second year in a row that my family and I, our little dog included, stayed at this home. As with last summer, this was a great home for my family to stay in. The hosts, Dennis and Christine, are fantastic. They make you feel welcome from the get go--including the weeks leading up to our stay. I've never had any issues communicating with them, and they're very helpful with providing details about their property, as well as what's about in Hyannis/Barnstable. The property is the right size for my family of 5 (3 young kids) and our dog. You also get use of their beach pass which gets you free parking at all the beaches in Barnstable, including resident only. The house is a 1.5 mile drive to the beach, and there are multiple other beaches also within a short drive. I can't help but appreciate a house that is fully stocked for our vacation--bathroom essentials, kitchen essentials, linens, etc, and a welcome basket full of good stuff (who knew that they still make Twinkies). Already thinking about next summer and another week's stay at Dennis and Christine's place. It's an excellent choice for anyone that just wants to relax on their vacation--and not worry about all of the minutiae.

Christine and Dennis were great hosts and very accommodating. This was our first time to Cape Cod and loved the location in Hyannis just minutes from some of the local beaches, and a short drive to many of the other towns, locations, shopping, etc. The house was a perfect little spot on a quiet side street for our family with young kids. The beach pass was great to have and saved us about $100 in parking to the local beaches, I would highly recommend arranging that with Christine prior to your stay. The house had plenty of games, seating, kitchen ware, etc for the family to enjoy. The only thing that threw us off was that all of the outlets in the house are still a two-prong outlet with no ground plug, so unless you unplug an a/c unit to use the adapter, think of bringing some adapters with you - I looked it up and they can be bought on amazon for fairly cheap. Perfect home for our family's needs! Convenient to beaches and town. Always clean and the owners are kind and welcoming.

Our visit was wonderful. Christine and Dennis were attentive to any need. We were met with a wonderful basket of treats with a “Happy Anniversary” note to go along—so sweet that they remembered. My children (young adults) enjoyed the central location to beaches and Main Street. I will be contacting Christine again when we come for our next visit!

Stayed at this property during the last week of June with my wife, 3 young children and our dog. It was a perfect sized property for our family. And the fact that the owners allow pets up to a certain size was a huge bonus as it saved us having to pay a dog sitter. Property was very clean. The owners provided everything that we could possibly need, from sheets and pillows, to laundry and dish detergent, to paper towels and toilet paper...and even more. Never had owners provide such necessities before. We would normally have to do a shopping trip for these items. Also, upon entering the home the first time we found a very thoughtful gift basket from the owners, containing items for both the adults and kids. A great surprise! Several beaches are only a mile to two miles away, and the owners also provide a resident parking pass for the beaches for a refundable deposit. Very convenient. We met the owners when we arrived so that we could get the parking pass. They are a very friendly, lovely couple. I highly recommend this rental property to anyone looking to vacation on the Cape. It is a great experience.

We loved the cottage! The fun decor. The quiet neighborhood. Hosts were the best, after we told them it was a birthday trip, they left us welcome wine & snacks! We had one hiccup, a smoke detector battery. Texted hosts and it was taken care of within the hour!! If you are planning a trip to Cape Cod you won’t find a better rental!

We rented this lovely home for 1 week and we could not have been happier!! The house is clean and stocked with all that you may need!! The hosts were more than gracious and helpful. This is our second year staying at Dennis and Christine’s place. The house is very inviting, and you will want for nothing when you are there. They have everything a family could want for vacation from games and books to coolers and chairs, all household amenities. The neighborhood is great and our pups Harwich and Chatham were welcomed. They loved walking around the neighborhood. They also have a great sun room which is where we spent all of our time. Thank you again Dennis and Christine, we look forward to seeing you next year! We had we a wonderful week in Dennis and Christine's home. Our family includes 4 small children (ages 2-10) and a dog and we loved our time at the Cape. The home was great for our needs. We loved exploring many local beaches thanks to the resident beach pass and had fun exploring downtown Hyannis which was less than a 10 minute drive. On the 1 rainy day, we played many of the fun selection of games in the all weather porch. Being off the main roads was great too as our kids liked to play in the yard and the location is set away and feels very safe. The outdoor shower was also a highlight. The kitchen is tiny, but was well enough equipped for the nights we ate in. Oh and we liked the grill. We had a great time and recommend this property.

We stayed at the vacation house for two weeks - and every day was a wonderful experience! Dennis and Christine are some of the best owners: very kind and helpful! House has everything we needed, and we also got a surprise welcoming basket with a bunch of treats! The house is only few minutes drive to a few of the residents beaches, and free residential parking pass was such a delight!! We brought our own pet fence, and our two small dogs had a blast running in the backyard, while we enjoyed eating outside. I hope we will be back next summer!

We loved our week here!! The owners were easy to contact and quick to respond. It's only a 5 minute drive to the beach and grocery store. Truly can not think of a negative thing about our stay here!

The location was very charming and accessible to all the points of interest in Hyannis, including a half mile away from the JF Kennedy compound and the beach. We enjoyed every minute. The property was great. Everything was very clean and the location was convenient for the beach and downtown Hyannis. Dennis and Christine also allowed us to use a beach pass for a resident only beach for the week.

This was such a wonderful property. The owner's Dennis and Christine were so hospitable. They left a goody basket for us on the table which was so appreciated. The house was so well stocked, from linens and towels. games, pots, pans, everything you could want. They left no stone un turned. We brought our pups Harwich and Chatham and they had a wonderful time.. I have been renting in the Cape for a very long time, and this cottage is top notch. This was our fourth stay in this house. Absolutely love it, the location, and owners. Enough room for our two teen boys and our dog. Hope we get to rent this home for many years to come!

We had such a wonderful time staying here. The location is central to everything on the cape. Beaches, shopping, and great restaurants are just a short ride away. The cottage itself is lovely and the Connor's provided all of the extra's needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and private. The Connor's were nice and friendly and accomodating. Given the chance, I would definitely stay here again! Five Stars!

We appreciated all that Dennis and Christine provided for our family during our stay. Taking a vacation during the pandemic was stressful, however they took all of the necessary steps to make sure the house was clean and sanitized before we arrived. We had a great time and their home felt like we were at our home. We loved the location and how close we were to everything. We would definitely plan another vacation here again.

We absolutely had a great stay at the Connor's house! It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood setting with so much outdoor living space. The dining room table was set when we walked in and there were all kinds of treats (granola bars, biscotti, taffy, and nuts) sitting on the table waiting for us. The house has a closed in sitting porch with table, couch, chairs and portable fireplace which was such a comfortable place to sit and visit. The living room has a fireplace which was perfect for the chilliy evenings we had where we sat around and watched a movie on the DVD player. It has a fully stocked kitchen where we enjoyed cooking some of our meals! The beds were super comfortable and there is lots of storage space in the bedrooms. There were so many amenities at this cottage and we would highly recommend booking a visit. Dennis and Christine are fantastic hosts!

We had a wonderful time at Dennis and Christine's cottage. The yard was nice for our pups. House was clean and local to the beaches on a quiet street. Christine was pleasant to communicate with and very responsive. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

This is a wonderful hidden gem in Cape Cod. The location is close to Craigville Beach and not far from popularities spots in town - both local and touristy. The space itself is spacious with a nice back porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee and late night games of checkers. Very large outdoor space and the house is located on a private, quiet street. We brought our dog and found lots of trails in the area to explore. Close driving distance away! We are happy we chose this place to stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house was as listed and very clean. We liked being so close to downtown and having access to lots of great restaurants and the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood too!
