The aircon made a bit of a noise and the shower drain backed up when using it.

I booked the family room and this room is really great! Spacious, very comfortable, spectaculair view, you have (almost) everything what you can need. Also nice the fruit, water and small cakes on the room. Very colourful, good light.

For work I prefer a bit better table and chair to work on, but for one or two days it's no problem. Some bath foam or nice smelling soap for in the bathtub would have been nice.

Love everything abt the place, buffet breakfast was quite ok. . Staff was very accommodating in helping us getting place to sit. Room is sparkling clean. Bed was comfy.

Location- Great location. Walking distance to Tanah Abang Market. Easy access to downtown area. Around 40 mins from the airport. Room- Room was very neat, quite spacious and clean with a complete amenities. Staff- We were facing AC problem in our room but the staff immediately attended to it and solved it there and then. They were very attentive, informative and friendly.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Great shower, good pressure. Friendly staff. Great selection of TV channels. Very clean bathroom and toilet. Reception sent staff member to collect our luggage from the room.

Breakfast was ok. Not much variety and not much choice for vegetarians. Not much to see in area surrounding hotel.

One of the best hotel in Jakarta! Great experiences and have a good stay. Cozy and the room looks elegant. Love it! Very close to tanah abang and other interesting places.

Die Einrichtung generell ist sehr poppig gehalten und auch das sehr große Zimmer war top eingerichtet. Warmes Wasser und Wifi (wenn auch löchrig mit Jakarta bekannten Ausfallsstunden). Die Badezimmer Spiegelwandkonstruktion ist sehr fancy und der Zimmerdienst hinterlässt Wasserflaschen. Die Sauberkeit war auf den Punkt. Ich hatte viel Spaß mit dem breiten Fernsehprogramm. Das Hotel toleriert Besuch auf dem Zimmer.

Das Büffet war sehr fad, ich würde empfehlen extern in ein Café zu gehen, wenn zeitlich möglich. Leider war die Klimaanlage nicht die leiseste und das Zimmer leider nicht so gut Schallisoliert, man hat den Verkehr morgens gehört und die Gebete draußen haben sich angehört wie ausm Fußballstadion.

Everything was very good and close to the city.

I only didn’t like Jakarta but the hotel was great!

Hotel was in a good location and we walked to most places. Room was clean, good size and had a very comfortable bed. The hotel was well presented, modern interior and reception staff were welcoming and helpful. There was a range of food served at breakfast and drinks available too. A nice place to stay!!

The room has a annoying light next to the bed at the head area which you can not turn of. The bathroom needs some maintenance. Also there are many Moschee around, I got woke up at around 4am by them.
