Property is clean and confortable. Well located. It was easy to find places to eat and nice to walk around. Elena, the owner, is probably the best to like about the property. She is caring and make you feel like home. Attentive and polite. I would always look for this place when I’m passing through Quito from now on.

There are nothing really I could point out that I dislike. As recommendation however, I would say that it needs to be considered that not everyone consumes sugar.

I was looking for a quiet and comfortable place and it is what I got (5 rooms altogether I think, so very intimate) Quito comes with so much choice in terms of accommodation, it was hard to choose. But if your main concern is silence and tranquillity, here is the place to stop. Roberto, the owner, has a very good command in English, plus he is very nice and knowledgable. 7' walk from Quito trole C4 that will take you downtown in 15' 3' from a super place to have diner : Incontro, an Italian eatery 3' from Plaza Foch where you may find night life and restaurants. Roberto will manage your laundry on site. Breakfast is optional (from 8 till 10) so don't have to pay for it if you're out early ! In-room Wifi that works well (make sure to choose the right network depending on what floor you're staying) So, well, clean, cosy, quiet and peaceful atmosphere... Do not clean the towels if I hang the towels !!! But that's a world round issue. Everywhere, they ask you to hang the towel to save the planet. You do hang the towel, but as everywhere else, they take and wash your towel... A reading light by the bed would be a plus.
