Nice clean room in a good central area.

Breakfast should improve.

Location is perfect

My assigned room had a cracked tile in the bathroom's floor, wall and hand washing unit. The tiles selection in that bathroom is also ugly. My room was changed but in that new location the radios of the staff were very annoying, being loud. During early morning hours (2-5 am) the security staff will fall asleep in the lobby.

Location was great for our needs and restaurants in area were good. Price was decent for amenities.

Zero sound proofing - neighbouring rooms and hall ways, you could hear everything until other people decided they were done making noise (talking or watching tv.) - did not sleep well or long regardless of comfortable bed. Zero functional wifi in rooms - needed to buy coffee or something in restaurant if you needed to connect.

The fact that there was no iron in the room was wierd. But when they said they would iron my shirts before i left in the morning i was relieved. They ironed the shirt quickly and broth the rest later.

The size of the room for two beds. The size of both beds. Both pillows where terrible ( i stayed 2nights and my neck still hurts bad). When i left they offered an ice cream which i felt insulted. I know Quito is cold, but there was no air conditioner, so when it was hot, there was nothing to do about it. The window that could be open was as small and placed at the top side, making it uncomfortable to even open.

isolation from outside noise is poor. You can hear a lot but f the noise even in high floors. cleaning personnel also have their radios for internal communication too loud; you can hear them from the room since very early in the morning which makes resting very difficult.

Location

Great location in my favorite part of town, walking distance to Parque Carolina, Quicentro, and plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. Everything you need is walking distance or an easy taxi ride / bus ride away. The hotel is kept clean and they offer a decent breakfast. Beds and pillows were decent too.

They are a bit unorganized. I got woken up by a call from their front desk at 4:30am asking me if I just requested room service. That was no fun after a long day/night of travel. The next day the front desk called again and said, "We noticed you're still here. Would you like to extend your reservation by a night?" However I had already reserved the room for two nights on Booking! Other than that, the stay went well.
