L'appartement est au coeur de Condado avec ses plages, ses restaurants et d'activités tout à distance de marche.
Le décor est moderne mais chaleureux.
Situé à un étage élevé, il a été entièrement rénové avec vue panoramique sur l'océan Atlantique, Condado Lagoon, Port de San Juan et Ashford Avenue de toutes les chambres. Les vues de l'eau sont à couper le souffle par jour et aussi spectaculaire la nuit lorsqu'il Ashford Avenue San Juan Condado et prennent vie. Asseyez-vous sur le balcon, sur le mobilier de jardin confortable et absorber les environs tout en sirotant une boisson fraîche. Mon condo est situé au centre et est à distance de marche de nombreuses plages spectaculaires et à manger. Il est situé juste en diagonale des nouveaux hôtels Condado Vanderbilt et Serafina, à deux pâtés de maisons de l’hôtel La Concha et à un pâté de maisons du parc de Ventana al Mar et de la plage de sable de Condado. Vous êtes au coeur de Condado et à distance de marche de tout. Parmi les autres commodités locales figurent les hôtels, les casinos, les bars, les discothèques, les restaurants et les zones commerçantes. Kayak, Paddle Boarding et autres sports nautiques sont disponibles à la location dans le lagon. Les supermarchés et les pharmacies sont également à proximité. Les transports en commun (bus ou taxi) peuvent vous emmener au Vieux San Juan qui se trouve à moins de 10 minutes.

Maritza was amazing with communicating, even when I forgot to message her prior to arrival. She was very attentive and the room was as described, amazing view, steps from the beach in Condado. I would stay here for future trips.

Overall we were pretty happy with the condo & location. The only negative unfortunately is the parking situation. Spaces are very tight and you are contending with businesses that are located in the same complex and people off the street. Several times we were blocked in and we had to wait to move vehicles so we could leave. Other than that we were very happy with everything else. Anthony the owner and
Martiza the property manager we're excellent to deal with. Would definitely recommend this place but consider other parking arrangements as a backup if you rent a vehicle.

It’s a nice place and comfortable. The owner and property manager were available and easy to get ahold of. Owner gave us great tips of places to go and Puerto Rico in general. Too much to do for one visit. I appreciated that there are plenty of clean towels too, and the AC worked great. The view is amazing- there are windows on two sides of the condo and different water views. Sliding glass door is ocean, and living and bedroom are lagoon. The building is right there! The condo is very quiet, which we really appreciated.

Overall the pictures were accurate. However, overall we did not enjoy our time at this condo. I contacted the property manager (PM) a day before we arrived as instructed by the owner to let her know what time we were arriving in San Juan. The PM was informed that our plane was not landing until 8:30pm and they we had to pick up our rental car. When I called her when we were picking up our rental, she sounded frustrated that we were late arrivals, even though she knew ahead of time we were landing late. It took her 20 min. to call us to tell us how to get the key to the condo-she left it with the parking attendant at the condo. BTW-parking is not included in the rental fee. When we got there (parking is a nightmare/pubic and private in small space), no one told us that you had to use the key in the elevator to get it to stop on our floor. The condo is not marked, so I again had to call her to ask which condo it was. I had to call again to find the wifi and password... in other words, no information was given ahead of time or on arrival without having to ask for it. The sliding glass door does not lock. When I asked about it, she said we were high enough up in the building that it didn't matter-it did to me! Hardly any water pressure in the shower and the water did not get very warm. We lost power during our stay. The only emergency power was for the stair lights and the elevator. None of the windows opened to get fresh air (only the sliding patio door). Very disappointed.

The views of this place were amazing. The hosts were very responsive and their property manager was full of great information. I would highly recommending staying here.

My partner and I stayed in this lovely vacation rental for a week and had a wonderful experience! Maritza picked us up from the airport, got us checked in and settled, and even gave us recommendations for food and activities! The location was very convenient and we were able to walk or (cheaply) uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only thing I would change about our stay is that the water pressure in the shower was pretty low. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Apartment was exactly as pictured. Amazing views and conveniently located near beaches, restaurants and other resorts/hotels etc. Property manager was very responsive to texts.
The only negative aspect was the lack of cleanliness. The bathroom and kitchen were not very clean and the shower pressure was extremely poor due to a dirty/clogged shower head. Otherwise, no complaints.

Very impressed with my stay at this property. It was my first time visiting Puerto Rico so didn't know what to expect. The place was very clean, had amazing views, updated appliances and a cozy balcony. Would 100% stay again or recommend to friends and family. Probably most comfortable for only one or two people.

This was the perfect place for us. The view was breathtaking from all of the windows. We could see manatees in the lagoon and we could watch the waves breaking in the ocean. The place was extremely secure. The property manager was delightful. The mattress was so comfortable that I ordered two of them for our house. Easy walking distance to our favorite places to eat and snorkel. We will be back soon!

The condo was exactly described as in the listing. The host, Anthony, was extremely responsive and helpful! The location was close enough to drive to various places around San Juan and was in walking distance to many great restaurants in Condado. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The apartment was outstanding! The pictures are accurate and the location is ideal. The beach is across the street surrounded by excellent dining options and the manatees in the lagoon to the left of the building are quite entertaining. We highly recommend the unit! Plus the property manager is simply the best!

My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was wonderful! We used Ubers and it was always very easy for us to be picked up and dropped off our front of the building. The beach and lagoon views are absolutely gorgeous. The beach is a little bit wild and not great for swimming, but you are located just a 7 minute Uber drive to a beautiful, calm beach. It’s also close to Walmart, and Old San Juan. The property manager was so helpful and her responses were very quick. She was waiting for us with the keys when we got to the property. I would absolutely stay here again!

We really loved the location and the condo. It won’t be our last time here. We will be back and rent this condo if available. The views were amazing of the lagoon and the ocean. If you were to rent here, you DEFINITELY wouldn’t be disappointed. The couple of things that I rated 4 stars were very minor things. It’s the over all that matters. Thank you Anthony (owner) and Maritza (property mgr) for an outstanding stay. We’ll be back. Note: the parking is $15.00 per day (private garage parking). Until next time!!!

The most important thing when staying at any place is the beds. The bedroom had a prisoner style rock hard bed, the pull out sofa was like sleeping directly on springs. The floor was filthy, every bit of it. Mgr very nice, owner had only excuses to offer. It was too late for us to start all over we had already unpacked, so I slept directly on the sofa and my poor son had to sleep on the bed. He put blankets on it to make it softer. I kid you not this is what I would imagine the beds would be like in prison. I don’t care what the owner says is the cost of these beds. He ought try sleeping on it.?

We loved this condo! Leading up to our trip, the owner was responsive and helpful. Property manager was fantastic—courteous and always available.
Our favorite things about this property: the views were incredible, the in-unit washer and dryer was convenient, the bed was amazing, the A/C cooled us down quickly, and the location made getting anywhere easy.
Although Condado can get noisy, the condo is well-insulated from it. That was a lovely surprise.
We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Awesome location
We had a great stay for our first time in Puerto Rico. Condo had everything we needed and is in a great location...close to just about everything. We definitely enjoyed the view and the proximity to the lagoon and the beach. Maritza, the property manager, is a very sweet woman and was very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend this condo. No complaints.

Amazing views
Communication with the owners was great! Maritza, apt Manager, was also friendly and communicative. Condo was cute and comfortable. View from every room was amazing. Location was near everything. It was the perfect spot for our Mother/Daughter trip. Definitely recommend!
