The Host was amazing. She was helpful when I asked for places to eat near by. The place was exceptional and comfortable. I cant wait until we (my husband and I) can return. Great Host Susan.

This property is in a gated community. The best part is Susan if you don’t have a set plan like us. Susan has the best recommendations for having the most fun in PR. She was attentive and accommodating. Thanks for everything! This location is the best.

Cozy Beach ⛱️ exceeded my expectations in almost every way! Thee location was just where I wanted to be in San Juan and a great home base for exploring and experiencing the best of the Island! Susan the owner lives right up stairs and was so friendly , attentive and accommodating towards making my stay very relaxing and enjoyable! It is right in the heart of Great dining areas, even within a short walking distance . Susan has a professional eye for decorating and appointments! It has a very upscale luxurious vibe....everything is provided for...even Beach chairs and cooler! 5 Star Class!

Needs an newer , better Bluetooth speaker. But I'm a bit of a music snob too.😆😁

Peaceful neighborhood in a gated community. Neighborhood cats were sweet. Walking distance to beach and grocery store.

Bed was not easily accessed. Had to crawl onto it from the foot of the bed. There weren't always accessible sidewalks due to trees, construction, cars parked, etc...

good location for walking many places.  large living room area very cozy bedroom area . well equipped with many extras.  gated community feels really secure.  our host had excellent communication.

The location was great and definitely not exaggerating by calling it cozy! Susan was super communicative and hospitable. I would most definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Puerto Rico!

There’s nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Susan was very accommodating and gave us a brief tour upon arrival. There were a lot of extras in the apartment that were helpful, such as bug spray for the Bio Bay, shampoo, conditioner, beach towels, coffee and tea. The apartment had a lot of amenities, our stay was short so we didn’t get to use many of them. There was a power outage on the street the night we were there but power came back on late in the evening. The bed was very comfortable with soft sheets, and a soft wind chime outside gave it a spa feel. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

The property was situated between two beaches and just a very short walk from the apartment maybe 25 yards to the ocean. The property was situated in an area within easy walking distance of restaurants and the apartment was located in a gated street. The host was exceptional and had every amenity we needed on arrival from coffee, all kitchen needs, bathroom needs, even beach chairs, towels, umbrellas. and even a couple of cocktails in the fridge for arrival. She gave us directions to her favorite spots to visit in San Juan and a very accomplished decorator the apartment was very artful and comfortable!

There was nothing we didn’t like!

The location is wonderful, easy to get to and very safe. The most unique piece was the special ocean view at the end of the street. We enjoyed seeing the skyline of San Juan just feet from the apartment. Susan truly wants you to feel at home and she made it easy to fall in love with Puerto Rico.

Wishing we booked a longer stay.

Susan is incredible! The apartment is immaculate and has everything needed. It is decorated beautifully. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, she offers multiple suggestions for restaurants, beach locations, etc. When our return flight was canceled, she even let us stay for a bit longer, for a minimal amount, so we could figure out our options. Probably our best stay ever. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Simply amazing stay. Susan is a spectacular host. The apartment is fully equiped and very cute. The living room & kitchen are nice and spacious and fully equiped. The bathroom espically the fully body shower is a nice touch of luxury as well! Having Netflix and a large tv were also a nice plus espically after a busy day in the city. The bed is extremely comfortable. In terms of deocration, the apartment is very homey with tons of little peronal touches. The fact that this is located in a gated community with private parking was a tremendous plus, espically given the location. Speaking of location, the proximity to the airport is exceptional. 8 minutes by car.

The bedroom space is a bit narrow, but really not a big deal. It adds to the charm

Perfect location, lovely apartment with everything we needed! Susan the host was so sweet and kind. She was so helpful with great tips of places to visit around the area. We were so happy with our stay.
