The property had an amazing cozy feel. The staff was incredible and the bars/restaurants were 10/10!

The location for us was fantastic. We took a tour bus of the area and visited several of the local restaurants. The breakfast was delicious as well. friendly and helpful staff.

The parking daily fee! Because I was alone , I didn’t feel I had a choice.but to pay the outlandish price for valet and parking. Along with tipping. (Which I always do!) I wasn’t aware when I booked- I had never been to this particular hotel. Also the hotel is not marked properly- I circled it 4 times before I found it. It said I had arrived but nothing indicated such. I ended up calling and the lady at the front desk talked me through it. 🫤

Our mattresses were slanting/sinking towards the middle, so a bit uncomfortable to sleep properly.

It was a perfect location with amazing staff and extra clean rooms and site amenities. They also had a wonderful breakfast that was even gluten mindful.

I really didn't have any dislikes!!

I love everything about it. The hotel was amazing. The bed, the pillows, everything was so comfortable. It was beautiful in the cleanliness is top-notch. It's amazing. The staff are amazing and very kind. They help you with everything,I mean everything. I ask for help with my hair. And it was granted. Crazy,right? It had nothing to do with my stay and still yet....wow. It's like whatever you ask for they accommodate. And the location was amazing. You can't beat it.

I didn't like that I was charged a smoking fee. I guess they smelt smoke. Idk. My husband is a smoker, but there is a rooftop bar he went out to smoke at. I can't help that he smells like smoke. I was charged a $100 fee? It was upsetting but, Hey, what can you do? I didn't wanna fight it because it was so wonderful. And I wanna come back for my anniversary. It's a lot to think about? Because here I am paying a good amount of money and I still have to give out another $100. Because they smell it. And I'm pretty sure they didn't. Because I where too much perfume.

All about this hotel is excellent. As soon as you walk in the front door you are greeted by the front desk staff. So friendly and accommodating. Nothing like the offer of a cold glass of water after walking Savannah on a 95d day. Breakfast is top shelf. Roof Top Bar - such a relaxing way to end the day.. with a cool drink while watching the sun set.

If there is one thing ..it would be the size of the room. While it is functional, perhaps somewhat larger would be a bit more comfortable.

Breakfast is complementary to hotel guests and the choices on the menu are delicious.

No parking on the property, no gym, and no pool.

The location was perfect. The rooms were super cute and even nicer than the pictures made it seem. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

I can't really imagine a getter location, this is incredibly walkable to everything, it's beautifuly kept, room was clean and comfortable.

I was under the impression breakfast was included but it was $50 for two of us for a fairly basic fare. Would have rather eaten at an upscale local eatery for that amount.

The decor throughout all the spaces is stunning. We loved all the inclusions - the champagne in the evenings, coffee in the morning, breakfast at the restaurant. Everything was thoughtful and perfect.

Lovely and stylish decor, bright room and large bathrooms, excellent breakfast, helpful staff that booked restaurants and advised on places. Nice touches of free coffee during the morning and a glass of sparkling wine for the evening.

it would have been nice to have a hot water kettle in the room, but the staff brought me a tea pot with hot water.

Breakfast was good! Made to order.

Free Wi-Fi and coffee wasn’t free. Was charged $32/day for WiFi, coffee and sparkling wine. We received 2 glasses of wine at checkout but was not told that we get 2 “free” glasses per day.
