The staff were amazing. They were welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. Every time you walked in or out they had a smile and a kind word.

The pool area could use a thorough cleaning and the outside front should be swept daily.

The room was not as clean as I feel like it should have been. There was also a roach that we saw and my husband thought he killed but it ran away.

The location is pretty walkable and the lobby was nicely decorated.

After the initial “this is nice” wears off you see it’s just surface level. For instance, we were on the fourth floor and could still hear every word of what was said in the pool below. Our door handle was broken so we couldn’t open our balcony, but others sitting on theirs were directly outside our window, meaning we had to keep shutters drawn. The sofa bed did not have a mattress but three separate pads that were disconnected making for an uneven sleeping surface. Two towels for three guests. Lon valet wait times. Just little things falling apart or not in a issuable layout. Not even coffee in the lobby in the morning. It just felt cheap compared to price.

The place was in a good location. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Restaurant in location was a place, food was good, and good selection. The bed were comfortable. Lobby was nice. Having water with fruit at enter was nice after walking in from sun. Snacks to purchase was als a plus. Room good siz.

I felt that the floor in restroom and entry to room need a better cleaning.

The toilet was made for a six year old. It was very low to the floor and not useful to a 75 year old. We had to request a handicap room which they did. They said that they would meet us at the new room. They never showed up to let us in the room. Luckily a cleaning woman finally let us in.

We asked around 6pm to receptionnist to order a taxi for 5 am the next day and reconfirmed with evening receptionist. Notes were left by receptionists as it is the night receptionist who orders taxi. At 5 am Saturday morning, no taxi and we had to phone after night receptionist gave us a phone number. Taxi arrived 30 minutes later. We should have been told the method to order cab--ghost cab by the way. Very troublesome for us who had to catch a plane early morning.

We loved the location and the valet service. The hotel was very modern and updated.

Room was not ready at 4 pm, had left bags behind counter , one was misplaced and later found. No coffee or continental breakfast.

The location is great! The place is very clean and smells wonderful the moment you walk in! The staff was wonderful and greeted us each time with a smiling face!

The valet parking is unorganized.

The valet attendant, Ricky was exception. He was welcoming, friendly and so accommodating.

The hotel was clean the staff was great. Room was clean.

I reserved a room with a king size bed and sofa bed. I called that morning to MA sure room was paid for and available. When I get to the hotel I'm 1st given a room with just a king size bed. I have to go back downstairs and tell the person at the desk that I reserved a king with sofa bed. She checks and has me wait for a little while then tells me that the room isn't available. I wanted that particular room because I wanted space. We were in town for a 3 day volleyball tournament and I wanted myself and the kids to be comfortable. I had to settle for 2 double beds. It was late and the kids were tired and because so much was going on in town there were no other options for us to get another room. I was told that I should have received a phone call letting me know that the room wasn't available. I didn’t receive a call from anyone. I reserved exactly what I needed and called to make sure to get there and not have what I reserved was annoying and unprofessional because no one called me.

the staff was rude and unwilling to help me! they left me with no place to stay at 9 pm with 3 kids!!

Friendly staff and quick valet service

We stayed for 5 nights and our room never once got cleaned. We asked the staff several times and no one would come. Every day we had to call for extra towels.
