The property is incredibly convenient - right by the river, tons of shops/restaurants, and a quick drive to the airport. The staff was also incredibly kind and friendly.
Our room got a little cold due to the heater temporarily not working. The sheets were also thin which led to chilly sleeping conditions.

The room was clean . The breakfasts were good if you could get there before 100 other bus tour customers cleaned everything out. We were cold one night and asked for extra blanket, we were told there were none. plants and flowers
were dried out. We were woke up 2 days- one morning there was a blood bank there -running bus in parking lot. Pool was green on bottom. The person -Older female was abrupt and rude with me every day- polite/kind to people in front of me x 3 days. The last day she realized I had had it and was slightly more pleasant. Loved the proximity to river street., loved proximity to tour buses and shopping.

I was charged more than what was confirmed when I booked the hotel. I called about it, and was told I would receive a call back from the manager, but did not receive one. My confirmation stated the price was $563.44, including taxes and fees. The bill was $632.02.

The location was perfect. Could walk to the city market and along the Savannah River. Attractions were no problem to get to at all. Breakfast was great and options were very good to choose from. I liked that i had cable TV and the WiFi.
Room 208 had a foul smell but we got rid of that quickly. Small bugs were in the room (like baby roaches) or something. Vent in the bathroom was dirty. Had to clean off bathroom sink when we got there. Wiped down everything else just to be on the safe side.These weren't big problems but you don't want your guest cleaning and exterminating even the smallest bit of whatever there is to clean and exterminate.

The room was clean and comfortable. I was afraid it would be dated or dumpy but, it wasn't. All the areas including the rooms were updated and attractive. It was a perfect location because, it was a short walk to the river. That's what I wanted. Also, the best restaurants and attractions were close by as well! This was a great location for the money!!!
The check in. I gave them my confirmation info and they couldn't find my reservation! I was scared, thinking about what I was gonna do if they couldn't find it. Then. they found it. I don't know if it's a property issue or, a problem on your end but, the attitude I got from the front desk was that they hated these types of reservations made on your site. They seemed put off by all the work it took to find it!

The staff let us store our luggage in the back after checking out for free. Right in the historic district, great location.

The location was excellent for walking everywhere: near the old section, the river walk, shops and restaurants. Trolley stops are everywhere! Parking on site was convenient.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The location was convenient but the local traffic is really loud and hard to ignore . The room staff were early well before check out and woke me up. The cost of the room was ridiculous. I understand that I’m paying for the convenience but they’re are charging a 4 star rate for a 2 star product. For what I paid, this place was not worth it and I will probably not stay here again.

The staff was great. Very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. It is located on a busy street.
And our room was at the end of the row but the hotel was thoughtful enough to put a noise machine in the room, making the outside noise less disturbing. I really appreciated that.

Overall, the stay was good, the room was nice. Breakfast wasn't bad it was hot. Staff was very friendly.
It's very noisy all night, the room was on front, that's very close to the main road. I thought the $30.00 per day for parking was a rip-off.What happened to the day when you stayed at a hotel it included free parking. You don't have much choice but to pay it, that's the price tourist pay. Among many other $ traps

Close to the action but then again too close. Too many use hotel property to pass through to get to waterfront.
