I have always stayed here with multiple transplant conferences; however there was a 4 state competition in dance and cheer going on. Non stop little girls running up and down the halls screaming. Our room was next to the elevator which moved constantly. We did not get any sleep. Took my neighbor for her 89th birthday and was so disappointed. She has always wanted to go to Savannah, Ga. Paid a lot of money for a miserable time. I was also told not to go through Booking.com and deal direct with the resort. I would like some of my money back. Unbelievable!

Service, noise, food

Proximity to parade and river walk.

Need better ramps for handicapped patrons. Especially going towards dock and onto boat.

Spacious room, very comfortable and quiet

Service at 2nd floor bar. Bartender didn’t know what she was doing and had to wait very long time for drinks. At $15.00 for a drink one would expect better service especially in this class of hotel. Very poor. Also found housekeeping service marginal.

Did not have breakfast.

A offer to have breakfast would have been a perk considering the amount of room stay. An explanation of parking / we paid to leave out for the day. $35.00 after being charged for parking when we arrived. We were credited back. But this should be avoided, reduces the unpleasant interaction. Especially when the receipt is a must have for reimbursement. Michelle a lovely lady made this interaction easier - personality plus wisdom..comes with age and experience. Thanks Michelle✨

The view of the Savannah River and River Street was AMAZING. The staff was beyond courteous. It was so easy to ride the ferry boat over to River St. as it was running all day in 15-20 minute intervals.

WE LOVED IT ALL. (Make sure you visit any gas stations or fast food restaurants before checking in. Unless you want to have to leave by car again.)

Location was exceptional due to having a complete view of the river harbor and the convenience of traveling by boat or shuttle bus to downtown Savannah and shoreline shopping areas.

Male bartender was rude. Barely let you get out what you were saying before moving on.

Clean and comfortable. Staff excellent. Able to walk to the convention center.

Nothing to do with the property per say but trying to go to the other side using the ferry was a bad experience. Never on time and keeping to the schedule.

The place is nice and very well located, with a beautiful view, but I found objects in the rooms and hair, the sheets were not clean, my stay was only for one night and a few hours

Hotel restaurant was good with good staff.

Construction noise early each morning was interrupting sleep, should have known it was happening. Bathroom exhaust fan ran 24/7

I never made it to the property, my reservation gave me an option to switch my dates which I did and the property still took my money out of my account.

The fact that Mary Frances Huggins sent me out an email at 9:36pm. Stating that they were not going to honor my refund request. The email stated for early departure. I stated back I never made it. Then she switched it to, oh yeah for not arriving, no get your stuff together Mary. Then if you were suppose to be taking the amount of the stay you didn’t. So now at this point you are just taking whatever amount would process and you are just reaching.

Its location. The room faced the river and the Savannah waterfront. High enough , 9th floor to see Savannah. The water taxi drop off was located at the hotel.

There was construction near and it screwed up parking.

Everything was amazing, from the staff to all facilities and accommodations were exceptional!

I would love to see more electric car charging.

Too expensive and service was poor

The staff really listened and went out of their way to make our stay great. They sent a cupcake and birthday balloon to our room for the friend I was traveling with to make her birthday feel special. The free water taxi to the other side of the river was also a great feature and the pool was awesome too!

We enjoyed the dinner at aqua also

The hotel was very close to all the entertainment and shopping.

I didn't iike being charged all of the additional fees.

The amenities were excellent.

I didn’t like that we had to leave so soon.

Excellent property located away from the Savannah hussle and bustle yet the ferry made for easy accessibility. Very nice selection for breakfast and lunch and the food was very good. Service was excellent and staff was friendly and courteous. The evening s’mores by the fire pit were a nice amenity too.

Attention to details in our room could have been better. The duvet cover was soiled and we ran out of body wash on the second day of our stay … it was not refilled for our third day. Also, Booking.com charged us $33 per day for the Resort Fee but the Westin billed us $37.95 per day for that fee. We were overcharged $4.95 per day with no explanation and did not notice until our emailed checkout folio.

What’s not to love about The Westin Savannah! Everything was excellent as usual

The staff manager was very rude at check and not helpful when trying to work out an error with the check in for our group reservation.
