Beautifully updated cottage!
Ce charmant cottage confortable et récemment rénové est situé dans une station balnéaire calme et sécurisée de Beach Dreams. Il peut accueillir quatre personnes et dispose d'une salle de bains et de deux chambres avec un porche trois saisons. Les deux chambres ont des lits queen. Tous les nouveaux meubles en 2019. Il borde également le chalet # 207, pour ceux qui voyagent avec d'autres. Voir la propriété HomeAway # 975363 pour les détails du chalet 207.
Venez vous amuser! Beach Dreams possède une piscine ainsi qu'un jacuzzi et une piscine pour enfants. Le club-house comprend une salle d'exercice bien équipée, un échange de livres ou un emprunt, une salle de jeux vidéo ainsi qu'une table de hockey sur air. Pétanque, un panier de basket et un court de tennis sont également sur place.

This sweet cottage is perfect for 2 couples. The 2 bedrooms gave us our privacy & the rest of the place was like being home. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook at "home" if we wanted. We appreciated the basic supplies that were provided even beach chairs & coolers if u need them! Will recommend to our friends & family!

Really nice location, near everything, secure and with many amenities. The place was really nice, clean and well stuffed. Owner was quick to response and follow-up when needed help. We really felt at home. Thank you!

We stayed for a week with our two kids (4 and 6). We had a blast. We went to beach often (must drive, not walkable) and the pool was key for afternoons. The kids loved it and this cottage is a super short walk to the pool so very convenient. It’s a quiet community and great for kids to bike/scooter around. Did mini golf and race karts are the park right nearby.

We were delighted with Cottage 200 when we arrived. The pictures that we had seen on VRBO portrayed the cottage perfectly. We were delighted with the starter bag of essentials. We were very impressed with the furnishings through out the cottage. The cottage was furnished with so many items--every utensil that we needed was there, the great appliances, dishes, and all the accessories. The decor of the unit was beautiful and very pleasing. The furniture was in excellent shape and comfortable. The porch was a wonderful addition to the living space. The bedrooms were comfortable and again nicely decorated. We so enjoyed the quiet that the cottage and Beach Dreams brought to our stay. When we arrived we met the owner of a cottage next to 200 and she was so pleasant and offered great advice and also if we had any questions that she would gladly help to help us. We certainly would consider staying at this cottage again as we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Also the wifi and TV were great!! The entire complex is beautifully maintained and other guests were very friendly. Thanks so much for having us as guests.

Fantastic Stay in Wells!
Brian’s cottage was the ideal size and comfort for our family vacation to Southern Maine. The cottage was roomy, clean and comfortable and the location was ideal to visit all of our favorite spots in Wells, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. It truly felt like home away from home for our stay, so much so that our two-year old kept saying “Cool House!” Thanks for a great stay, Brian!

Beach Dreams Cottage is nicely decorated, cute and comfy. We really enjoyed going to the pool, and taking morning walks around the property. Easy drive to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Overall a nice relaxing location.

Great place to do day trips from this location in Wells, Maine. Nice little cottage and community. It felt very safe and quiet. Nice to have beach towels and chairs there to borrow.

Perfect little cottage
The cottage was perfect for a family of 4. It was very clean, the beds and furniture were comfortable and it had all the necessities we needed like coffee maker and AC. Having the all-season room was nice to spread out and relax after a day at the beach or site seeing in Salem and Boston. The beach is about a 5 min drive. Will definitely plan to visit again!

Great place to stay
We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was clean and stocked well with cooking supplies. Enjoyed sitting outside on the porch. The location was great and near the beaches and restaurants. I thought the community was quiet and well-maintained. Would definitely return.

Great 2 bedroom cottage in Wells. Cottage was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was close by, just a short drive to beaches, restaurants, shops, antique shops, kayaking and paddle boarding, fishing, go karts, mini golf, etc.
Perfect central spot to check out Wells, Ogunquit, and Kennebunkport. Coastal Maine is beautiful. We had a wonderful vacation at Beach Dreams.

A Perfect Weekend
As recent empty nesters, my husband and I were looking for a place to get away together for the weekend on a whim. Everything from booking to check out was extremely easy. Brian was very pleasant to communicate with and the property was exactly as listed! We can’t wait to rent this cozy cottage again!

Wells, Maine
We were located just minutes from several beaches and towns with lovely restaurants and shops. The cottage was well appointed and part of a gated community so it was very safe. Loved having a pool as well. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.

Relaxing vacation
My 2 teens and I spent a week at the Beach Dreams cottage #200. Communication was amazing! The cottage was beautiful and had a calm, crisp, beachy interior. The beds were so comfortable. We stayed during the pandemic so we were not able to enjoy the gym or the rec center, however the pool was a refreshing treat. We appreciate the thought and effort the property manager put into this little paradise!

Quiet community in Maine
We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. We had never stayed in this type of community before, and while the cottages are close together, it was still quiet and felt decently private. The inside of the cottage was comfortable, very clean, and updated nicely. We used the pool once, and it was just a few minutes walk from the cottage. The two living areas (living room and porch) were great to have, and made the cottage feel more spacious. We normally would look to rent a private home, but for our first time in one of these beach communitys, it was a comfortable and nicely furnished option.

Cottage was perfect for our family. Brian, owner, was responsive and accurate in his description of property. Everything was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect too! I was worried about privacy and noise but it was completely fine. Everyone was very respectful of their space. The kids could walk to the pool easily. The cottage was a quick drive to the beach and near some great restaurants. We will definitely return.

Great Place!!
LOVED this cottage...especially the enclosed porch. Had evening cocktails/morning coffee on it each day. House had new furnishings that were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Houses are close together but situated in a way that everyone's outdoor space is in a different direction so we hardly saw any of our neighbors. Our only complaint was the lack of table lamps (there were none!). Overhead lights had to be on to read in bed or knit watching TV. Porch had only one wall light which also made it hard to read in the evening. Several beaches were very close by which was also nice and there are TONS of restaurants in the area. All in all, this was a great rental - would come back again in a heartbeat!

Spring Vacay
All brand new furnishings and kitchen accessories. Both beds were very comfortable and the front porch was the best feature. Great clubhouse and pool area made it the perfect place close to the beaches !!
