I liked the proximity of the place from the airport.

I didn't like their service, booked a pick up from the airport, nobody turned up, and this was very late in the night

Crystal is a great hide out with great security friendly staff, so clean next to shopping malls and the UN. I enjoyed my honeymoon with extremely perfect decorations

The location and the behaviour of the staff. The security was good. The chef and his cooking.

There were several problems with the room fittings. The window wont lock. The Freeze wont start,if it start, other electrical equipment goes down.They couldnt fix that. The dish line in the TV wasnt working.They couldnt fix that also.. We couldn't watch the FIFA World cup matches. Not suitable for this price.

Everything was fair until when they asked me to pay again yet I had paid while booking. I need my money back.

Location, very close to the UNRSCE. The staff helped me to send somebody to get me some local money.

If you need breakfast, you have to tell them the night before. If you need dinner, you need to tell them in advance. The cook will prepare it in the afternoon (so she can leave because she doesn't live on the premise) and somebody else will microwave it when you're ready to eat. For USD 12 for a vegetarian food, you better go to a restaurant nearby for a very delicious meal. I was not informed about the price. Watch out for many monkeys jumping onto your table! You might find them cute or mean. Bathroom: OK, but I found some bug creeping under the shower mat. The hotel charges in USD not local currency. No elevator. Front gate was always open, never locked, and many times there's nobody in sight (guards, reception) sometimes I worried about the security.

My room was great.

The shower cubicle. It is too small. It took long for the gate to be opened when we returned from a night out.

Poor check-in experience, many mosquitoes, air-conditioning not effective, ineffeciencies in making payment, taxi to the airport was late when we checked out.

Next to UN, best services ever there food is nice I was picked from the airport on time my room was specious the ACs heaters and every thing was working.

Specious rooms and breakfast. Majory makes it possible for a comfortable stay.

Though the hotel advertised on Booking.com that airport shuttle is available and free, no shuttle was available at the airport when I arrived. After couple of calls with the hotel, I was advised to take an airport taxi to the hotel which i paid 30,000 Uganda Shillings. Arriving at the hotel I immediately asked the Receptionist about my refund and was told that it will be done. I was taken to room with no light in the bathroom and no warm water for showers. The room had five lose teabags with no teacups. I ordered for lunch which delayed over and hour until I cancelled the order and went out looking for a Restaurant. Upon my return the Receptionist told me that the Manager said I’m not owed a refund because the prices advertised on Booking.com are discount prices though nothing like this was mentioned on Booking.com. However, I immediately called Booking.com explaining my Ripoff experience with the hotel and Booking.com refunded me $15. It was just a bad luck on my side to have booked such a hotel

The facility needs to be upgraded. When I arrived I told the facility that the living room A/C didn't work and the bedroom A/C was acceptable with the bedroom closed up not exceptional. I looked at 3 other rooms that were available they were worse than the room I was in. I wanted to leave they said no refund so I demanded for a fan. That one bedroom should be equipped with 2 fans. That brings me to the worst problem because a working A/C does nothing if there is no power. The power went out on average 4 hour per day sometimes longer with no backup generator. They had solar that operated lights in the living room and 2 plugs located in the same place in the living room. The fan was a savior but just a bandaid on the overall issue. When ever traveling to Uganda make sure the place you stay has a backup generator and it is in operating condition because the power is guaranteed to shut down. It is not an isolated problem it is through out the city maybe the country I don't know I have only visited entebbe.lastly was the odor I could not place it but I think it is a combination of the anti roach tablets placed all about and the soap or chemical they used to clean because it was always stronger after they cleaned but the smell was dirty. To create an exceptional stay would some upgrades first backup generator next new A/C units and change what they clean with but I don't know about roaches I don't want to see a roach and I didn't but that tablet smell gives me a headache maybe a different chemical. I don't know

Location to RSCE. 2 minute walk. Clean and spacious apartment.

DStv channels are limited and lose reception at night.
