Great Ambience, the green environment, quiet, and security were tight. All the staff were nice, including the cleaners and the guy who used to wash our car. Boaz's customer service at the reception was exceptional, and Macy (the lady that used to wash & iron our clothes).
The place has many exits to all corners of Kampala & it's not affected by traffic jam as compared to other areas of the city.
The facility is good but needs renovation. It looks too old. Furniture & toilet fixtures can be changed as well. As a Muslim family, we hated the fact that toilets didn't have a shut-off hose. Using water bottles doesn't work anymore in this modern world.

We liked the quietness and privacy of the apartment.
We were only given one toilet role and one towel for two people for five days.

this was a two bedroom apartment we eat outside or cooked for ourselves in apartment. It was well located for us and staff were friendly and helpful. As a family of 2 adults and 2 children it suited us fine at a good price and we extended our stay to 12 days from an original 2
Somekitchen equipment was not working or missing on arrival. However on raising the issue this was quickly sorted out. The furniture is somewhat dated but at the price this was only to be expected.

Only half of the lights worked. No hot water in ine of the bathrooms. Couch was broken. Only one plate on the stove worked. Nothing ljke the photis on Bookings.cim

The curtains were too old and require urgent attention. The utensils in the kitchen are old and dirty,/stained/rusty. The master bedroom bathroom lacked frosted glass.

the location is perfect, this was my 2nd stay at the golf
the apt wasnt clean, the towels, the fridge wasnt working, toilet wasnt flushing, we had to request to have our room changed, and secondly we had to call the reception several times to have get the housekeeping service.
i really love golf apts but i think the amenties and service need to be checked.

Nothing was good other than the location and the size of the apartment.
The room was nothing like what is advertised in the pictures. The floors, kitchen and bathroom were dirty and moldy. The bathroom sink drain didnt work. When we got to the premises we asked if the pool was operational and we were told it was. But the pool was green with algae and not suitable for our kids to use when we got to it. We eventually decided to not spend a single night here and left immediately. We were told that we still had to pay for our nights stay. Everything was bad. Nothing was good other than the location and the size of the apartment.

Equipment and facilities are dated, poor finishing and lighting in some rooms. No guest information especially on recommended restaurants ( none on site) and safety tips

I also loved the extended check out time. This is indeed commendable.
There is no Cafe within the apartments. Thus a little bit hard to do anything extra.
