the property was very clean and the restaurant nice too.

vacuuming at 8am!!! banging at 7am!!! reception calling you at 8am to check if you’re going to rebook - just wait until 11am and find out!

the noise during the evening from the overly loud band and singing and the noise from the club upstairs. no consideration given to those not wanting to hear that noise in their rooms. breakfast menu and service was rubbish.

There is a night club directly next to the hotel. It got quite noisy on weekend nights. It didn't seem like there was a curfew, either.

The restaurant right next to the hotel plays loud music on Saturdays until 3 am at night and is apparently known for prostitution. One should expect some respective noises coming from the neighboring rooms.

Location was so nice in the south , and very friendly staff , morning and evening shifts

Actually my room was on the left side beside the night club it was little noisy, but I enjoyed the music down

Shower water smelled bad

The refrigerator in the room was dirty, the towels were torn and the shower was not clean. The access to the parking areas was very difficult and the staff seemed scared to talk to us. We will surely not again stay there.

laundry service is very slow (3 days) and one item disappeared Breakfast buffet is not rich. ( no cheese no meat)

Location is great and nearby walking distance are shops, malls, restaurants and nice coffee

First time (and last) staying at this hotel and First time I have ever posted a review on a hotel after many years travelling for leisure and business, here goes: My company secretary recommended that I try this hotel as the company were thinking about making it the preferred hotel for all expats arriving in Indonesia for meetings/work swings etc, and I was to be the Guinea pig !! I arrived at 1030am from my flight, reception informed me I couldn’t check in till 1-2pm, the hotel was not full, they just didn’t want to let me check in earlier, as I had a meeting I asked for a dental kit as I would have a wash in the lobby bathrooms in preparation for meeting, this was promised although after waiting 1hr in the restaurant I assumed they forgot and I walked nearby to a pharmacy. I then asked to leave my bag as my driver arrived to take me to meeting, receptionist said they would take to room for me, I informed them that I would not be back until 9pm later that night so this will be appreciated as it has valuables inside, upon arrival back at 9pm that night (10hrs later) I went to collect my room key and noticed in clear sight my bag was still sitting in the open accessible to all staff who had to walk around it behind reception, they must have forgot this also! Upon check in they requested 300k rupiah from me as a deposit (approx 22 usd) I said no worries, upon check out they asked for the receipt in order to refund, which I had misplaced, they were not going to refund me this deposit due to misplacing this receipt, luckily I found it in my laptop bag and this was the only reason I received my deposit back. Just a very average hotel all round, deliver a service that one would expect from a 1star backpackers hostel. They also lost a potential corporate client
