Location of the property was great. The house was very clean. Beds were comfortable. 3 couples stayed there for a long weekend. The setup of the bedrooms/bathrooms is probably better suited for a family. There are plenty of beach chairs, toys, coolers, etc. Communication was great and the third floor space is awesome.

The property was as advertised plus more. Everything we needed was there from kitchen to laundry to bathrooms to beach needs.
There were 8 of us and we all had plenty of family time and private space if we needed it.
We had one mishap. My husband, who has difficulty with walking, tripped and grabbed onto the towel bar tearing it out of the wall.
I notified Donielle immediately. Her first response was concern for my husband-thank you. Donielle's husband was at the house within a day to make the repair. We were very embarrassed but he very quickly put us at ease.
We look forward to spending another summer holiday there.

This was our fourth stay at 6 Greenbrier. The home is well maintained and always clean upon arrival. The location is just a short walk to Scarborough Beach. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had the pleasure of rotating visits with each of our four sons and their families throughout the week. Because of the size and layout of this house, that worked perfectly. It would not have been large enough, nor were the bathrooms placed advantageously enough to accommodate all of us at once (two of the bathrooms were located inside bedrooms which left only one bathroom Off the kitchen, available for all to use). Rotating through provided all of us with a wonderful time and plenty of room. In addition to the stated amenities, there were many seasonings, condiments, extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc., available to use if one forgot theirs or needed to supplement. Depending on the Make up of the guests, the bathroom situation might be very comfortable and workable as is. The owner quickly responded to any question that we had. I rate this 10 out of 10.

Short walk to Scarborough. Short enough that if we forgot something, there was minimal burden to run back to grab it. Kids were thrilled with their rooms. Places we have rented before in the area have not had large living spaces, so rainy days were challenging with a family of 5. The living room, dining room, and kitchen were so spacious here! Plenty of room for all. Felt like home!

We stayed here for a long weekend for our daughter’s graduation from URI. It was a perfect stay! The house was exactly as described in a beautiful location. Very responsive hosts! Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at beach house. It was a cute setup, fully functioning, that allowed for privacy with the 3 floors. Home was clean and property owners are extremely responsive. The walk to the beach was just across the street with views of the ocean visible from the home. I highly recommend staying here and plan on booking again!

The house is beautiful and situated in a lovely neighborhood. The owners were responsive when we needed them for a small issue, which was resolved quickly. I would recommend this property for anyone who loves the ocean and beach, or for a wonderful get away!

I stayed here with my family (all adults) over Thanksgiving. We really only used the house to shower and sleep because family down the street was hosting but it was very comfortable and clean. The rooms were set up well and the beds were comfortable. If you are staying in the summer, this house is right across from the beach so it is a prime location! As a host myself, I really appreciated the clear instructions and easy check in! I'd stay again.

This 3 level home was comfortable for 6 adults including one elderly person that needed a first floor bed and bath. However the second floor bath was not accessible to the second bedroom without going through the master. Overall, the beds and couches and living areas were comfortable and very useable.

We had a wonderful stay last week at the beach house! The home was clean, comfortable and perfect for our families beach vacation. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The owner was very responsive and great to talk too. The location is amazing, just a short walk to beach. Absolutely would recommend this home for your next trip to to the beach!

We loved the house. It had everything we needed. Even though the late April weather was not conducive for outdoor activities, it was awesome being so close to the beach. Proximity to restaurants and to Newport were also great.

Huge, gorgeous home with plenty of room for my entire family. Everyone was amazed with the location, clean and spacious it was. It was perfect for our family Christmas party. We are all excited to stay again next year!!

The location was exactly what we were looking for with nice views. Home was updated and clean. It was unseasonably warm for our November weekend which was good because the heat didn’t work. We reached out and were told that a call was put in but no one came and the situation was not fixed during our stay and there wasn’t any follow up. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay.

We booked this getaway on the spur of the moment and as an attempt to relax and have some laughs out “of Dodge” and the stress bubbles of our everyday lives. This beautiful home allowed for us to do just that and more. We were with friends who date back to 1979- 43 years ago and the 4 days in this perfectly situate home on the water gave us the chance to make even more wonderful memories. The cottage has been beautifully designed and decorated. Both of us have beach homes in South Jersey and can appreciate the work that went into the renovations. Have to add that even when the temp was in the 40’s the outdoor shower was the best and incredibly invigorating!
Would highly recommend this getaway and would love to enjoy it “in season” as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. Well furnished home with 3 bedrooms and a loft that doubles as a 4th bedroom. Kitchen was well furnished. Check-in and check-out procedures were well described and we had no surprises. Only one nit: the 2nd floor bathroom is accessible only through the master bedroom, which we found a bit awkward if using both 2nd floor bedrooms. Aside from that, we would love to stay here again!

Beautiful house with spectacular ocean views from the balconies. Walkable to Scarborough Beach and an easy drive to other beaches, attractions and restaurants in the area. House was spotless, and third-floor balconies were as spacious as we’ve seen in a VRBO. Kitchen had all the kitchenware we needed. Bathrooms were clean and spacious, and sheets and bath towels more than adequate. Master bathroom is huge and gorgeous. House is wired for fast WiFi throughout. It was difficult to find channels we wanted on the streaming TVs (Roku, not cable), but this is a minor complaint. Great place to stay. One caveat: stair-climbing is necessary for some as the house is three floors.

We had a great long weekend at Doniell's home by Scarborough Beach. Beach is right across the street and house has a nice assortment of beach supplies. The house itself is warm and inviting. Doniell was very responsive to any small issues that came about. Thanks!

Best location yet
We were pleasantly surprised with how clean the property was when we arrived! The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. Having young kids, this made the walks that much easier! The house was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
