Beautiful Modern Abode next to Newport Beach
Cette maison moderne avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains est située dans la belle et convoitée côte Est de Mesa, le meilleur quartier de Costa Mesa. La maison est à distance de marche de la baie supérieure de Newport Back avec pistes cyclables, de randonnée et de jogging dans une réserve naturelle. Cette maison est entièrement équipée avec tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers, la climatisation et les commodités nécessaires pour en faire une maison confortable, loin de chez vous. Environ 8 minutes en voiture des plus grandes plages du sud de la Californie (Newport Beach / Laguna Beach) et environ 5 minutes en voiture des centres commerciaux ultimes.

The property was very clean, had comfortable beds and provided coffee. The communication with the property team was very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I met my Dad and stepmom to attend a family birthday celebration nearby. We came from different States and don't see other often, so it was wonderful to relax and enjoy our time in this beautiful home. This home is clean and well appointed. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. The check in process was clear and easy. Communication with Patricia was friendly, timely, and helpful. As a special greeting there were flowers and snacks on the counter, making us feel very welcome. The neighborhood is quite and convenient to restaurants, shopping and the water. We loved our stay!

Modern Adobe is clean, well-appointed and in a great location. Near shopping, the beach, Disney, and great restaurants. Patricia went out of her way to answer any questions and make us feel welcome during our 17 night stay!

The property was well stocked. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach towels, sun shade, snacks, games, etc. We used the garage door opener and kept our vehicle in the garage.
The host was great to work with. She checked in during the visit as well to see if we needed anything. A nice touch

Back in California
This property was amazing!! Patricia is great in communication and the flowers and snacks were such a nice touch. All the amenities you need for a very enjoyable stay no matter what you plan to do. The location is awesome as well. Close to the beaches, shopping, the airport, and every and anything you need. Very safe neighborhood!!
This was our first return to California since the pandemic. We stayed in different houses in California and LA, and this one was by far the very best one.

Very nice house. Very clean and comfortable. Back yard is very small, but the outdoor table is nice and has a covering to shade the sun out. Kitchen is well appointed. Beds and baths are great. This is a very nice property!

Great place and great hosts!
This is a beautiful place to stay, even if just for a little getaway! The hosts are great and very responsive and the house is amazingly beautiful and comfortable. I am very pleased and will be back to visit this property. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

End of Summer Get Away
We loved this house. The layout was great for privacy for two couples. The backyard was enjoyable for relaxing and reading in the morning.
Our host had some snacks and beverages available for the times we were hanging out in the house between our beach adventures.
Overall we would definitely consider this for future visits to the area.

The house is new and spacious, very nicely decorated and clean. The owners and manager are thoughtful in providing everything you need (cooking spices, coffee, snacks, beverages as well as towels, toiletry were generously supplied). Thank you for your hospitality!
