Juste à côté de St Troisième à Marquette. Animaux acceptés! Avec à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants, magasins, hôpitaux NMU et en face de la brasserie et Third Street Bagel de Blackrock !! Joignez-vous à de nombreux motards locaux pour une balade dimanche, qui part de la brasserie artisanale à travers la rue. Garage disponible pour vélos enfermer. Magasin de vélos local moins d'un pâté de maisons !! Marché samedi Farmer en été seulement quelques rues de là. À distance de marche des plages du lac Supérieur et de nombreux festivals qui ont lieu à Marquette! Lit queen dans la chambre. Pleine taille canapé lit dans le salon. Wifi, la télévision par câble et HDMI pour le streaming !!!Quaint porche w / Perfect Sun d'après-midi. Cuisine w / micro-ondes, cafetière, cuisinière et ustensiles de cuisine. Frigo a glaçons & growler pour le remplissage à l'une des brasseries locales de Marquette.

Apartment was clean and perfectly located in the heart of Marquette, just as described. Everything you’d need. Easy to get to and out of thanks to the off street parking. Would definitely stay again!

The rental was in a very convenient location. We were able to walk to just about everything. The pictures in the listing are out of date and should be updated. We could hear the music from the Black Rock Brewery across the street, as well as creeking floors from the upstairs tenents, but neither of these bothered us enough to be disappointed with our choice. I would recommend some updating of the kitchen and bath. There was not a lot of space in the bathroom for our things, and the medicine cabinet had previous renter items. The microwave at thigh high was a bit inconvenient.

Easy parking and walking to most places around town, this is our favorite place to stay. It’s nice to be right across the street from Black Rocks. Cute apartment space that is very comfortable for hanging out between all the fun stuff that Marquette has to offer.

My spouse and I stayed here during a quick weekend away from home, and it fit the bill we needed. The location was near downtown and various businesses. We hadn't realized that it was the scheduled weekend for the UP200/Festival of the Sled Dogs, so that was a pleasant surprise that we walked down to on Friday evening.
Overall, a good stay and appreciate how responsive Chris and Casey were throughout our stay.

Terrific location and lovely apartment stay. This property was perfect for my spouse and I for 2 nights in Marquette with one minor exception - sounds travels through the shared wall. A vocal child next door kept us up one night & woke us very early the next morning. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Cose to all the bucket list sights in the UP. Communication and check-in were too notch. Cute little 1 bedroom with all the essentials for an enjoyable stay. As the listing states, next to a premier brewpub.

This was a great place for our week in Marquette. It’s very close to a lot of things in town—and it’s easy to get out if Yuen quickly for some outdoor adventures.
Nice space—it worked well for the two of us and our dog.

I stayed in the 1 BR unit for vacation - had family in town staying at other locations. The location is wonderful - right across the street from the Brewery and walking distance from shopping and dining. Convenient for meeting up with others and as a "home base" for day trips.
My only caution is for those who are sensitive to noise - if there are people in the other two units you'll hear footsteps/doors, etc. and there is some brewery noise (live music most nights I was there!) I loved having the windows open and enjoyed the music, but it may not be for everyone.

I needed a place that offered high-speed Internet in order to work remote part of my week in Marquette. The rest of the week was for leisure, biking, brew pubs, shopping, etc. The location is perfect and within walking distance of all the above mentioned. Its nothing fancy but was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

The trip was a big success! The party went as planned and our digs were just perfect. I'm very fussy about clean and I have zero complaints. We didn't spend a great deal of time in the rental but it was fully equipped to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The location and price are why I chose this rental. It is definitely worth it. It’s an older house, so you can hear when others are walking/moving around. It is clean and comfortable and walking distance to good food and beer. Next time I will bring my own pillow. The ones on the bed are very flat. We also found that the coffee filters in the cupboard are the wrong size, but you can make them work. Those things are definitely not a deal breakers. I will book again for sure.

Old house charm with an updated feel. Comfortable accommodations for my hubby and me while we spent a few days exploring Marquette. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Brewery, bagel shop across the street and downtown was 10 mins or less to walk to. Great stay!

We spent three nights at the apartment and had a great time. The apartment was very clean, comfortable close walk to everything and had on-site parking. We hope to be back!

We enjoyed our stay, the place was roomy enough for the two of us and the location was perfect, short walk to town, plenty of coffee shops, Black Rocks brewery right across the street and MQT bike rental a block down the street the owner Tom is awesome. Only thing we would ask the owner would be to upgrade the Wi-Fi as it is weak.

I was in town for a wedding with no car, it was so walkable to everything. It’s definitely a little noisy next to the brewery, but I don’t mind, I slept with the fan on! And they have great food trucks almost every night!

Stay away from 1st floor units if you’re a light sleeper
Everything else about the place and location were great, assuming you want to be across the street from a popular bar, but these were possibly the loudest walls and ceilings I’ve ever experienced. I don’t think the neighboring tenants were even being obnoxious but the noise from the other units made it pretty tough to sleep. Every time someone moved on the second floor it sounded like they were dropping bowling balls.

It was extremely clean and well cared for. Communication was excellent, list of things to do and see nearby was so helpful (especially the restaurant favorites!). It was exactly what I needed. I have already booked another stay.

Great location in Marquette
We were so close to everything in Marquette- directly across from on of the local breweries, the coffee/bagel shop On the corner, and the party store around the corner. We were less than a 10 min drive from target for any forgotten items, less than 5 mins from the lake and the lower ore dock, and really walking distance from most things in the downtown area. The list of local food/ shops they was provided was also a great asset. Pat’s had great burgers and the barkeep was fun to talk to as he was a local and had some good insight to the area. Highly recommend checking out the lighthouse/ maritime museum as well. This trip was one for the books all around, and the convenient location of our stay made it all the better. 5/5 would visit and stay here again.

It was a great location. Short easy walk to almost everything, and right across the road from Blackrocks!!! It was snowing when we were there and the driveway and porch was clean. Great location.
