Great location on the river, close to everything. The place had everything we needed.

The condo was perfect great location!! My husband and our four kids from ages 8-16 stayed for our spring break vacation… there was plenty of room for us all. The only hard part was being located above someone that is only because our children do not know how to walk quietly!! All in all it was a great place!

We loved the location. The ice machine did not work very well.

Our family enjoyed a short visit - 4 nights - and loved it. Great space and just a few steps to the River for floating, swimming, fishing, people watching. Drive to restaurants, even Gruene is short. We’ll be back.

We love this condo! We had great communication with owners. The condo is well furnished and taken care of in every way. The beds were comfy and the A/C worked well. The on site manager of this complex is rude and overbearing, so be warned. We can overlook it since this is where we want to stay each year.

It’s the perfect location right across from Schlitterbauhn right on the Comal River. You can carry your tube down and drop in right in your backyard. The accommodations are good for a family. We highly recommend.

The location was fantastic, with quick access to the river as well as we the downtown of NB. Although the condo lacked some cookery, the place was more than enough for our needs during the week. That being said, a permanent resident (he has a double condo with one of his doors as Room 335) was very un-neighborly and disrespectful. Our tubes were blown by the wind and ended up in front of one his two doors, rather than knock on our door and ask us to move them he proceeded to throw them down onto the first floor yard. When we came outside to check what the noise was (our tubes falling to the first level), he walked outside and proceeded to berate my family and I about not showing community, complete with plenty of f-bombs.

our condo was awesome! it was well furnished with comfy beds and everything we needed for our stay! We loved it. However, my wife and I were not happy with the permanent residents on the property. AS soon as we ventured out onto the lawn near the river, we were immediately approached by the "property manager". She wanted to make sure we had our bracelets on and to let us know that people are keeping an eye on us. what? AS the day went on, we had several run ins with residents. One had decided to power wash the pathway up to the condo we were staying in. I asked if it would be possible to allow us to come up. He was not happy that I needed to get back to our condo while he was power washing. We then were questioned about what we were grilling on the public charcoal grills! It was smores but the permanent resident needed to see for himself! My wife and I had our 2 kids that are ages 13 and 11. we also had another family who was with us in a different condo on the property. Clearly, it is safe to say that the permanent residents DO NOT like renters. I have stayed here several times over the past 16 years. this was the first time I have had issues like this. It was non-stop. We were questioned about how we were kicking a ball on the grass " is that a good idea kids? If you break something with that ball, your parents are paying for it!" We were questioned about how we were playing in the water. "NO Jumping! it is too dangerous!" keep in mind there are no sign that says no jumping. "go jump from schlitterbahns side but not from this side." the final straw was the permanent residents sitting in a circle about 10 yards behind us that evening while we made burgers on the grill. Clearly they were talking about us because then we have a lady from their board come talk to us. So, clearly they have issues with renters. And we followed every rule but still we were treated so badly my kids were afraid to have fun. Extremely disappointing. And it isn't fair to the owners of this condo because they were awesome and so was their condo. I feel bad I am writing this but the permanent residents ruined the part of the trip when we were hanging out on the lawn.

This condo was perfect for our annual river trip. The property is well maintained and in the perfect location on the comal with private access, which is a plus for our group. The condo sleeps six comfortably and has all basic necessities for your stay! Our host was prompt and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

Communication was the best I have had with any rentals. Extremely helpful and was quick to reply with any questions or concerns I had. Great location... definitely recommend!

Condo is beautifully furnished, neat and clean. Great place to stay. Owner was very nice and responded to our texts immediately. We will definitely be coming back.
