Newly Updated Beautiful 2/2 Condo on the Guadalupe River in New Braunfels
Le moulin à vent de Waterwheel est un condo privé appartenant aux Waterwheel Condominiums sur la rivière Guadalupe à New Braunfels. Very nice space. I really enjoyed the pools and the river. The river is less intense just up the street in the city park. Spacious balcony and living room. Worked out well for 5 of us to stay.

The property was awesome. The place was clean and had a great layout. The location was close to everything. I highly recommend, and would stay again.

Our recent stay was wonderful! The entire process was easy and the condo was just like previous reviews stated. Great complex. We stayed during the week and it was quiet. My kids had the pool almost to themselves the entire stay. The complex is near the Guadalupe River and all we had to do was take a short walk up the road, could float about an hour, and landed right at the condo. Host has tips and maps of the area so we could maximize our time there. Our family loved it!
This unit is so comfortable. The two bedroom/baths are super clean and the living area is great although we spent a great deal of time on the patio overlooking the pool. Stocked kitchen made it easy to cook our own meals. We'll definitely stay here if we visit NB again.

The river is basically in your backyard! The unit was super cute and very clean!

We came into town for a wedding and enjoyed so much more. We spent some time down at the river, sat in the hot tub, found a wonderful local restaurant close by and went shopping in Gruene. The location is perfect, the condo was so clean and the owner was easy to reach (although we had no issues). We will be back!

We had a good experience. The condo was ready for us. The host communicated with us about the issue with cable. We had plenty of supplies and were able to relax.

Had deer wondering around the property. Pools were nice and there is a nice rock fountain feature. Easy parking. We were not at the condo much because we drove to Kerrville to see the eclipse.

We found the accommodations to be comfortable and the location to local eateries & places of interest was great. We celebrated my dad's 75th birthday here! My parents had the primary bedroom and said the pillows were not the best but they enjoyed the space in the bedroom. They do caution other older adults that the shower floor was extremely slippery in the primary bathroom. They choose to shower in the secondary bathroom after their first shower. The secondary bedroom had a queen size bed that was comfortable for me and I appreciated having my own TV in that bedroom. The kitchen had the basics we needed, but the corkscrew was broken so we purchased a souvenier for ourselves the next day. Overall would stay here again and would recommend visiting the New Braunfels area during the non-peak time of summer as the less crowds and cooler weather were highly enjoyable!

Came to visit family in the area and this was a great place to stay. Had very relaxing views a great community of people that live and are visiting like me. The Condo was very clean and neat. Had very nice accomodations and plenty of room thru our the Condo. Was off season for tubing which was nice because was less traffic and more quiet for me. But would like to come during the Summer this place had wristbands for the area. Definitely highly recommend to anyone. And Suzanne is the best very nice and was available with text and call. Thank You 😁!!! Love Lacy J.

Absolutely no complaints about this property. Everything was as specified in the listing, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The location is walking distance to Schlitterbahn, and a quick 3-5 minute drive to downtown. We will absolutely be back!

We loved our stay at the condo. The condo is extremely clean and has everything would need. The beds were comfortable, and the showers had great water pressure. The balcony was huge and overlooked the pool. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. The condo grounds were beautiful, there is river access on the other side of the condos along with another pool. Communication with the owner was quick and seamless.

Came for a destination wedding and loved our stay! It was close to the venue and close to tourist spots. Suzanne left information about great restaurants, local attractions, and helpful hints. The condo was perfect! We all slept well and enjoyed the feeling of being home far away. Thank You!!

The property was very clean, the host was prompt and check in was easy and early. The area is close to all types of outdoor fun. From the water park to the local rivers, all which are within walking distance. Local places to eat are excellent and close by. Took in a Midland Concert at the Whitewater Amphitheater. Great location and great concert.

Absolutely PERFECT LOCATION
The condo was decorated with an updated farm theme but not overly done! It was the perfect location in the building, no one walked past our door because we were the only condo on that side. If you are wanting to explore the hot spots of New Braunfels this condo couldn't be better. We were never more than 5 minutes away from all the places we wanted to go to. Schlitterbahn was 4 blocks away, the downtown area with bars, ships, bakeries, and restraints was 1.5 miles away and the farthest place we wanted to go to was The Landa Park Aquatic Center at a while 5 minutes away about 2.3 miles. It couldn't have been better. We were so close but not in the middle of all the traffic.

Absolutely lovely place to stay
We stayed here as a part of a road trip we were doing through Texas. We ended up booking the room the day before we would be there and they were able to let us check in early at noon. We arrived and Suzanne was incredibly helpful as I had a few questions when we arrived but she was super helpful and did not mind at all! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The property was a fun way for the teenagers to feel like they were on their own without being super far away from us. It was a 10 minute or less drive to everywhere we wanted to go so super convenient. I wish I had known about this place when the kids were younger, it’s a lovely place to stay. Oh, I should mention after reading other reviews about this resort, having your car towed seemed to be an issue. I mentioned this to Suzanne when we arrived and she advised the policies had just changed and tow truck companies where now only allowed to tow if someone specifically calls them.

Perfect Family Getaway
This condo was the perfect stay for our family to enjoy all New Braunfels has to offer. The condo was clean, spacious and adorable. Great access to two pools and the river. Property management was easy to communicate with and helped us navigate which river to float. We will definitely stay here again!
